Good afternoon Matthew. Thank you for your review. I can confirm you purchased a PCR test with results within 24 hours. I believe you are referring to a LFT antigen test which is results within 15 mins and a certificate within 45mins. The PCR test which you purchased has a process which it goes through the lab through and depending on how many samples we have you will receive your results within our SLA of 24 hours. Fast, convenient, reliable.
The test centre was easy to find and offered cheaper PCR tests than other providers. There was no queue on arrival. Had to register my details (make sure to bring photo ID) and then taken to a cubicle to do the swab myself under the nurse's supervision. The time slot is 15mins but I was in and out in 5mins. Paid for the PCR with results back within 24hrs. Took my test at 11am and got the results back the same day at 9pm. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service and good value for money
I have used the service twice now, in the last 3 months, all for fit to fly, first was pcr, test & cert came back shortly after it was delivered to their office, second was five rapid antigen tests with certs for our family, again easy process to upload photo of test and the result and cert emailed to us all shortly after the start of the working day. Very good value for money.
