Rebecca is a ROCKSTAR! My husband and I first worked with her to plan our honeymoon in Africa, and this year we found ourselves in a complete bind for an upcoming trip to Sicily. I called Rebecca, and she not only pulled together an incredible trip for 10 people in record time, but also made me feel supported at a moment when I was completely overwhelmed coordinating for my entire family.

She was always available, incredibly responsive, and truly worked within our budget—offering multiple thoughtful options so we could choose what felt right for us. Rebecca and the team at Circular really listen to your needs and execute everything to perfection. The entire experience felt seamless, high-touch, and genuinely bespoke.

We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to work with Circular again in the near future.

This was my 3rd time working with Rebecca and my first time working with her at Cirrcular. From my first two trips to Africa, Rebecca set impossibly high standards by delivering unforgettable experiences. The hallmarks of Rebecca’s work has and always will be, bringing her passion and joy for travel, resourcefulness and experience to the planning process. She gets to know her clients and customizes the trips to what is most important to her clients from an experience standpoint. The most recent trip organized by her at Cirrcular for me and my fiancée was in New Zealand and Rebecca listened keenly (as she always does) to our priorities, often adding thoughtful suggestions from her own experiences or recommendations from others, and delivers on them at a high level. I often find myself not having to worry much (if at all) about logistics of any trip when she organizes them! She is now our go to for any trip organization needs we have globally and we can’t wait to engage her for our next trip!

We just completed our second trip that Rebecca/Cirrcular planned and executed for us, flawlessly. We were in SE Asia (Saigon, Siem Reap and Bangkok) for 18 days and everything went smoothly. Transfers all went as planned. No glitches or complaints. We had great private guides and tours as well as evening activities such as a progressive dinner by tuk-tuk. The hotels were all world class and well chosen. They were also perfectly located for the touring we did. She even got us a few upgrades.
Rebeccas advice was spot on so Cirrcular will be planning our next big adventure. We can’t wait!!

Rebecca orchestrated and planned a true luxury, first class trip of a lifetime for myself and 4 of my best girlfriends to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands in 8/2023. Every detail of the adventure was meticulously organized from being met at every gate, escorted through customs, sprinter vans... it was all covered. Rebecca is awesome! We prefer 1st class service and that's exactly what she provides. From start to finish her and her staff are always right there for any questions we may have. Even with lost bags after we got home, she was all over it until we got them returned.
