I have also been asked to sign into a portal and upload information which i have done but now worried it is a scam would you legitimately do this it seems i was originally contacted in 2022???

Quick, simple and polite. But one always forgets how expensive legal advice is, even generic PPI advice! But you got Capital One to admit they were wrong, which was the most important thing.

I've just received an email asking me to sign into a portal and send some documentation over - I haven't heard of this company before so I'm not sure how they have got my email address / name ?

So far on start of this claim that I had no idea about it have been in chat and have been very helpful i will do a further review as it carries on I have actually been thinking it was a scam you can't be to careful these days

Everything was great but I wasn't informed when the money was/is going in.

Absolutely rubbish took weeks to get an offer then only part claimed against companies with multiple accounts now asking for a review to see how good they did, this on top of taking over half the entitlement !!!! Do what you say your going yo do

Poor communication

As a 76 year oldey one was happy for some esle to do all the paperwork. Was kepted informed at all times paperwork was laid out so one could understand the in and outs payment was made in the timeframe given .In my case everything was 100% and would use them again
