Communication was the worst ive ever encountered.
Repeated errors, being chased for documents that had already bern received, which ultimately caused a delay with my case.
No direct contact with case handler.
I also felt the way the charges were portrayed was a little misleading.

Helpful service, always answer queries satisfactorily, and managed to settle old claims even with minimal information

Never had updates not sure they are even trying anymore I felt they had closed down

Given 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. Absolutely dire customer service. Have requested information off them in writing regularly and received nothing back. This included a request for invoice for work carried out, not received! Can only assume this is because of the over inflated cost of work undertaken. We were quoted maximum fees of 20% which once we signed up immediately increased to 30%, in reality at the end of the claim they deducted over 60% in fees. No invoice produced to explain this. I feel they are nothing more than rip off merchants, with no regard for the customer. Don't use them.
