Excellent service, yes their commission is high, but, they provided superb customer service, updated me regularly, and surprised me with the speed in which everything was completed.

Never return your call been waiting on my poi for over a year case is always with a new caseworker if I cancel now I’ll have to pay a cancellation fee bunch of scammers

Top firm amazing

They cold called me by phone about PPI reclaims and promised they could get around £1000. They then insisted on taking bank details to apparently pay me when the claim was settled. I paid around £300 fee but only ever received £370 from them. All my subsequent letters have been ignored.
My advice is to avoid this company.

Not a good experience at all. 2.5 years of misery, kept out of the loop intentionally.Talked originally on the phone begrudgingly about £30K plus compensation. Two months before court date they change their T&Cs and fail to explain why I should accept. Then run a campaign casting doubt and worry that I might lose the case in court therefore accepting a settlement is the way to go as I could be liable for other parties legal costs. Finally receive a paltry figure that makes me feel it was not worth all the expectation and sugar rush, a huge let down.
