Claimsline dealt with my ‘write off’ very quickly, my car was damaged outside my house on the Tuesday morning, by Wednesday evening my damaged car was recovered and by Thursday I had a hire car to get me around.
The team at Claimsline were swift, very helpful and had a caring attitude.
I appreciated that everything was taken care of so quickly and I did not worry about a thing.

Prompt and efficient
Prompt, efficient service. From calling them to report accident and that my car was not drivable, a courtesy car was delivered within 2 hours and mine recovered. Was kept in touch with regular updates.

Non fault accident
After a non fault accident, Stephen gave me a call and went over everything that needed to be done. He was very friendly, and very informative. I was passed through to all the relevant people, and everything was organised very quickly. I had a replacement car the same day, and my car was taken away for assessment. I am very happy with the service I have received so far.
