Trying to return a set ordered by mistake. Getting fobbed off with offers that I do not want. Worst experience with online shopping ever. No one is willing to help

I retract my previous review. I must have done something to the hearing to make it not work but it is working well again now. As I said before they are very comfortable and unobtrusive and have improved my hearing well. This is much better than the hearing aid that Boots quoted me £800 for

The hearing aids stopped charging . Their advert says 100% refund and they are trying to charge me a £35 handling fee. They are dragging out settling this I believe they are waiting until they have sold out and then will just ignore me.

These hearing aids were too big for me so I started the return process. This company offers a 100% refund if not satisfied THEY LIE I was offered 40% of my money back which I am still waiting for also I get to keep the hearing aids to put in a cupboard and collect dust because they aren’t any good to me. And after a few weeks I am still waiting. Do not order from this company

I am afraid this is a scam and if you are proposing to purchase please don,t. I have lost over £100 to these fraudsters.Others commenting have had a similar experience but in my case I was sent two pairs and charged for both. I have attempted to seek compensation throgh my credit card company without success.. Any refund is less £35 (supposed sanitation)although one pair was in a box and enclosed in cellophane. The return address quoted on the parcel label has nothing to do with this company, there is no phone contact and you are dealing with AI. Speaks well of facebook that the advertising still continues. If you have been unlucky and already purchased you will have heard from Susan at Claritypro. I suppose the box on the deask needed a name. It unfortunately adds authenticity. People behind this outfit unfortunatel fit the description of scum of the earth

Really no star!!! Purchased online with the guarantee stated - no hassle no questions asked full refund. Couldnt get the hearing aids to stay in my ears. Advice from email to company stated “ try different ear tips and pulling at my ears to get them into my ears”. Requested refund. Reply from company suggested more manouvering of my ears and again try different ear tips. Emailed them back stating already tried this and again requested full refund as per advert. Was offered 25%. I refused and repeated my request as before. Was then offered 35%
Again I refused! Finally offered 40%!!! Didnt even bother replying to that!! Convinced I was speaking to AI and not a person. Am going to contact the Advertising Standards Agency regarding their fraudulent refund guarantee!! Ive given up getting my money back but hopefully this review will stop someone else losing their £69 to these fraudsters!!!

This company is a joke to say the least 😡 ordered hearing aids and they did not work just like the sound of the sea/wind could not keep them in as they have me an earache and headache 😡 send back to China tracked £35 handling fee so where is the 100% guaranteed money back then 😡 please do not buy these aids 😡😡

Do not purchase, they probably won’t suit you and you CANNOT return them. The return is to china with a £35 charge as a handling fee, as for the offer of 40% I’m still waiting!!! Many emails sent and all replies are AI generated, haven’t had one reply from a human.

Terrible company. Shocking product and when asked for refund offered % off then an email stating I had to send them back to China! Oh and they take £35 off for refund processing. Trading standards here we come! Avoid at all costs

I ordered one set, but as I was paying, it showed two separate transactions for two sets. I emailed them straight away and got a bad answer, and also was told my order was already bagged and sealed ready for dispatch..then went on to say there would be no problem as they would refund me. Well a few more days
have passed, had a few emails offering 25% back, then 40% back and stating I can keep both sets..
I tried using one set, fr a few days.. four hours daily So wrote and told them this, and that I do not like or want them, can I please have a refund . Nope not for me.. Too tight in my ears..plus a rushing sound similar to putting sea shell to ear. Thats when they started offering me a discount.. WHY? Already said I DO NOT WANT THEM they advertise 60days money back guarantee..???

Their hearing "aids" are a joke.
I ordered a set but accidentally purchased two sets. This however wasn't the problem. I received the "aids" and tried one set and found that all I was hearing was a loud hiss similar to white noise.
I contacted them and was offered a 25% refund, and when this was declined was than offered 35% followed by 40% refunds.
What is the point of this when the purchases are not fit for purpose?
I'm currently waiting on instructions on how to return them and get a full refund.
It has now been two weeks later and they still have not refunded my money, but just gave me an email that said keep the things and they will review the issue.
This is a scam, do not give them money.
