I visited Clark’s to have my baby girls feet measured for her first pair of shoes and the experience was wonderful. Caitlin at the Cardiff store was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, patient and made us feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. She took the time to measure my daughter’s feet properly explained everything clearly and helped us find the perfect fit. It was such a special milestone and Caitlin made it a lovely and memorable experience for all of us. Excellent customer service, great attention to detail and a genuine care for her customers. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great experience at Clark’s Cardiff today. I was served by Ash who was so helpful & friendly. I finally got my hands on a pair of Torhill Mules, which I’ve been eyeing up for months. Great customer service & lush shoes!

Visited Cardiff store with our 4 year old granddaughter and was served by Louee. He was excellent - measured her feet and showed us scandal options then checked all was okay when she chose her favourite. Great service

A huge thank you to Ash at St David’s Shopping Centre in Cardiff for his friendly service and assistance when we were shopping for summer sandals.

We always going to Clark’s as this time we met the person who gave us the service is amazing his name is ASH in cardiff branch . Our intention is to buy only one shoe pair but with his services we bought three pairs.

I popped into Clark’s in Cardiff yesterday as I needed shoes for work.
Ash the sales & service manager greeted me and I explained the shoes I was interested in but whether they were suitable with my podiatry insoles.
He offered to get my size in the shoes I had chosen, and helped me to decide the correct fit with my insoles in the shoes.
Thank you so much for all your help and understanding , in what is always a problem for me when buying shoes.

We bought our son’s first pair of shoes today at Clarkes Cardiff and Ash was fantastic. He was friendly and very good with our son - who was not the most compliant! V happy with service.
