Lovely experience
I had amazing service on Tues at the Clarks store in Cardiff.
I was looked after by Ash who helped me choose a perfect pair of shoes to go with a special dress I had just bought. He turned the 'just buying shoes' into a lovely shopping experience 😊

Posy who served us in the Cardiff store was absolutely fantastic. We had incredible service and she found the perfect school shoes for us. Posy was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and it was the best we have in over 40 years of buying shoes.

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to hafsa! At the Cardiff store in St David's
She was incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to help me find the perfect school shoes for my daughter. Not only did she make sure I left with the right fit and style, but she also explained the best after care for the shoes to keep them looking great for longer. Her knowledge,patience and genuine Warmth made the whole process so easy and enjoying. Hafsa went above and beyond I honestly couldn't of asked for better service. Highly recommend!

I brought my 3 year old into the Cardiff store today. It was very busy which was to be expected this time of year. We were helped by the lovely Lily who measured my little girls feet and ensured she was comfortable with the right school shoes. She was very friendly and had lots of patience. Thank you Lily ☺️

Tricky customer managed brilliantly
It’s always difficult getting school shoes fit my 13 year old daughter, she has narrow feet, school have a strict uniform policy and she likes a limited number of styles. Melissa in the Cardiff store was excellent. Very patient, kind and kept trying until we had a pair that fit

Great service in peak school shoe season…
Considering this was peak school shoe buying season we were seen swiftly for measurements and the style of shoes we were after arrived quickly to try on. Hafsa was super friendly and knew what shoe we were after with just a quick description. I’ve marked it down as the lack of any uniform made it very difficult to identify who worked there and some the staff excluding Hafsa (only known by the fact they went behind the till) were extremely scruffy.
