Ash in Cardiff was brilliant. Helpful and lovely with our son. Took time and care over the fitting, we felt looked after even though it was obviously a very busy day. Thank you.

I had to get new shoes for my 3 year old toddler. His feet seem to be growing sideways so it was really hard to find shoes that fit him, but our shoe fitter Ruw in the Cardiff branch went above and beyond. She was literally the kindest and most patient shop assistant I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. We must have tried on 40 pairs of shoes and being neurodiverse I was struggling to keep my cool, let alone my poor tired toddler, but Ruw was so gentle and made us feel so at ease, as though she had all the time in the world. After an hour+ of her time (I’m not exaggerating) we walked away with not 1 but 2 pairs of shoes that fit him perfectly. So so happy with the customer service at Clarks and will be back soon.

Friendly and helpful staff member (Ash) who explained about shoes for my little one. Was very patient and gentle when measuring and advising on what to do now and as they get older.

Rocked up alone since i needed work shoes. Ash helped me pick shoes and explained everything i needed to know, being easy to talk to and friendly. Then successfully upsold me to get polish (as in the shoe, not eastern european).

Ash in the Cardiff, St David’s Store helped us and he was great 👍 my 13 year old is VERY picky about school shoes and had a particular style in mind which were not practical. Ash managed to persuade her to go for a different style which she loves, I was gobsmacked as she wouldn’t have changed her mind for me! Thank you, Ash ☺️

Just got back from Cardiff Clark’s shop just wanted to thank Caitlin for her amazing service today she read the situation extremely well that my 3 year old grandson was particularly scared of having his feet measured (having not long coming out of hospital where he was hooked up to machines) she was very patient with him and gave him space to relax he came out of the shop with his new shoes for nursery school and a beaming smile. What an asset Caitlin is to your store thank you

My wife and I went to Clarks Cardiff for our 1-year-olds first show fitting. The sale assistant, Louey, was extremely helpful, knowledgable and built up a good rapport with our child so that he could perform the fitting with ease. Absolutely recommend coming here with such helpful and friendly staff like Louey.

Caitlin has just started working at Clarks in Cardiff. She could not have been more helpful. Helping my 82 year old husband with a shoe horn and helping with laces while the shop was really busy. She gave us plenty of time as we tried to select suitable shoes for him. She was cheerful and chatty and was an absolutely excellent sales assistant. She is an asset to your company.

Ash was v. Helpful. Was able to get new boots within 20.mins.

Great service. Caitlin was excellent with measuring my two children’s feet. She was knowledgeable and patient and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the store in future

Caitlin served us and was brilliant. I could tell immediately that she is used to working with children, she was great with my five year old. She is new but was spot on with her measurements and fitting, she got a colleague to double check and they agreed with her on everything.

Louee was so friendly and helpful.

Ash was helpful and we didn’t feel rushed. This was really important as the shoe had to be suitable to wear with insoles due to a painful foot issue. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We also observed Ash supporting other members of staff in a calm and knowledgeable manner.

I visited Clarks, after months of trying to persuade my child to go and get new shoes. When I walked into the branch, I approached Ash and explained that my teenage child was anxious, very hesitant to get new shoes and autistic. I asked if I could measure my child's feet myself and Ash immediately offered us a quiet space and Donna's support, along with turning lights and music down. I explained that there was no need but the space and support would be fantastic. Donna was amazing at providing quiet support for me, her instructions to my child and handling the whole transaction in a neurodivergent friendly way. I was VERY impressed and very grateful to both Ash and Donna as we left for the first new pair of shoes in probably almost two years! Well done, Clarks. Ash and Donna are a credit to you.
