It was a busy shop. Understanding as it was the end of August. A good system was in place with regards to fittings with shop staff. Disappointed by the lack of stock. Resorted to online purchase after measurement.

She was patient, listened and found the shoes we needed.

Chloe was extremely helpful, friendly and professional when measuring and trying on several school shoes for my 4 year old granddaughter.

Went into Clark’s Cardiff (in St David’s) and needed to get school shoes fitted for my three children all of us are Autistic. We were approached and welcomed almost immediately, and Ash was assigned to us. He was so friendly and understanding, and went above and beyond to help and assist us. He tailored the fitting of each child to suit their needs, as my youngest doesn’t like to be touched, he explained everything to him before he did each task. He turned a suspected nightmare into a quick and easy, stress free shop. His excellent service and kindness deserves recognition, and I am so grateful to him.

Ieuan was extremely attentive, he was fantastic with my son, went the extra mile to ensure the shoes were right and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I'm very happy with the service. 11/10

Was served by Rachel D. Was looking for new school shoes for my son. Rachel could not be more helpful. Measured my shoes feet, showed me the collection you stocked. Never felt rushed and gave excellent advice. Glad to see the dying art of Customer Service still lives strong in Rachel. Great Job 👍🏾

Chloe at the Cardiff store was incredibly helpful. She was very friendly and took the time to include my daughter (4) in choosing her school shoes.

The store looked very clean and organised and we were seen and assisted very quickly

Amazing service. My daughter has additional needs but this didn’t hinder Tanisha. She was amazing. We left the really happy with new school shoes.

Ieuan measured my ten year old son and eight year old daughter. He was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble, despite my daughter being awkward. We eventually walked out of the store with the confidence of Ieuan’s thoroughness and fitting. Thank you 😀

I prebooked my appointment online for the Cardiff St Davids branch, knowing how busy it normally is at this time of year.
I arrived at the store early (30mins infact) and asked the Team Leader Rachel if my daughter could be seen earlier. Although they were busy Rachel found me someone who sat my child down straight away and started chatting. She put Ivy at ease, asked her questions about the holidays and then came back to me with the shoe size and where I needed to look. Other stores I've been in I've felt pressured to buy but Cerys gave me space and then came over when she could see we were having difficulty choosing. She grabbed two pairs that we had chosen and advised that the third could be ordered.
Cerys sat Ivy down and fitted the shoes and got her to do a little walk around whilst encouraging her to tell us how they felt - she was pointing out the differences between the two and advised of what she thought were harder wearing.
We took the more expensive pair after a little think and to be fair I'm happier to pay for more expensive shoes when you receive service like this.

Popped into the Cardiff store and the staff were absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble and they were very friendly and polite. We were seen for my children’s feet measuring within 5 minutes by Rachel who was excellent with both of my girls and we left with two pairs of new school shoes with ease! Thank you Rachel!
