The first thing that impressed me was the fact I wasn't put on hold for 20 minutes. I spoke to a perfect gentleman named James who spoke to me as if we were having a chat in the pub, great guy. Then (apart from the legal stuff) he explained all the benefits of the policy which were far more than my previous policy and, £72 cheaper. Great staff, great price.

Easy to deal with. Good policies from Specialist Broker. Many club schemes. Comprehensive cover for my car includes breakdown/acident UK and EU and legal cover. No hidden extras other than home start. Good value

Very good customer service, I am restring a VW Bay Window Van left hand drive so not your common vehicle. The young lady knew what to ask and was appreciative of the input needed at this end so ansked all the questions which needed asking. The computer in the office was accurate in assessing the vehicle and again all the correct questions asked. Its good from my point when the vehicle is correctly identified,
