Has a new hot rod owner I was not sure how to get insurance or what insurer to use but with the help of the previous owner I got InTouch with classic line and the woman in the office was very helpful and put my mind at rest

Good customer service after my second attempt at renewing my policy. When my initial policy was about to expire, the customer service representative stated that I had to pay the full amount immediately. After letting this expire and renewing yesterday, the rep let me pay in two installments - but charged me £25 to do so.

The lady I spoke to was a genuinely nice, understanding human being with a personality, who spoke to me normally. Unfortunately, there was a glitch in their system, which she warned me of and when it failed in the middle of renewal, she said she'd ring me back. As promised, she did and then everything was completed. If only all car insurance companies were so pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
