Excellent customer service i had a problem with one of my roses and their response was quick and delighted to have a new rose sent

Beautiful and healthy rose. My eden rose 88 came before their delivery promising.

Fantastic service- ordered a birthday girl rose as a present and was keeping my fingers crossed that it would arrive in time as it was a close call.
I haven’t been disappointed- less than 48 hours after placing my order my beautiful rose has arrived !

TERRIBLE SERVICE ORDERED OVER A WEEK AGO NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS NOW TOLD TODAY THAT THEY POSTED IT ON FRIDAY- SHAME THEY DONT GIVE THERE CUSTOMERS ANY INFO. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

I have recently contacted this company with pictures of a rose, that I purchased for a gardening client in November, it was unfortunately dead unlike the others which are looking healthy.
I was told it could be replaced but not until November as their bareroot season has finished. This is a disgraceful response, I now have a very disappointed 87 year old. This has been my experience in the past with Peter Beale roses and I will not be purchasing from them in future.

I have bought many roses over the years from Peter Beatles and David Austin. I would recommend David Austin. They offer a five year guarantee and their customer relations is much better. Excellent quality. I do not think that Peter Beales care much about their customers and some weak plants.

Ordered a (root stock) rose for delivery as a housewarming present three weeks ago. Found that it had not been delivered to recipient. Emailed Peter Beales Help and Support. Received automated email response stating we have been socially distancing (not true for the last few months) and very busy (well, congrats - I am pleased to know that a business has been busy.) My order paid for but not delivered after three weeks. This was followed by an email from a named person saying that my order would be delivered 'before Christmas.' Completely unacceptable. My advice, based upon my experience, about Peter Beales : avoid. Other 'big name' rose growers provide better service at similar prices.

Over the years I have ordered roses from a number of suppliers. I don't know why but for some reason I have only recently ordered from Peter Beales Roses. I`m so pleased I did the quality, choice and price are fantastic. I will certainly order from them in the future.

I thought it strange that there are no other reviews for this good company but perhaps there are under a different name. Anyway a lot of similar websites for plants ordered online seemed to be littered with reviews from people who have had some disasters and I only went to this company because I wanted special roses for some special reasons. I can only say that having ordered three different roses, the only plants I have ever bought without seeing them first, I have been extremely satisfied with everything. All plants arrived looking very healthy and now after many months look even better.
