First time experiencing the services if…
First time experiencing the services if this online company and the outcome was a favourable one. One of the two products purchased was faulty and the information received was suitably used to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer. I would have no issues in using them again.

Delivery of my Order (Aftershaves)
It was saying that delivery is up to 48 hours, but it took 3 working days. The package was fine and the items are as described. Altogether I am happy and it was a good shopping experience.

Thanks for your review Gulnora.
The delivery method that you selected was 2 to 4 Working days.
Your parcel was delivered, within that time frame. We use Tracked 48, and Royal Mail advise that is 2-4 Working days.
Many thanks for the 4 stars, it is appreciated.

Intention is good. Delivery less so.
I liked the opportunity to order online.
It was pretty straightforward.
A few email exchanges to clarify details but that was ok.
What wasn't ok was the failure to dispense tablets that could be broken in half in line with the dosage instructions specified on the prescription. Which means that the tablets supplied are of no use.
