Got a broadband sorted very quickly. Had some issues with router and was left with no internet for days at the beginning which caused quite a massive bills for personal data but then engineer attended... Toon meer

The whole process was so easy

The whole process was so easy. I telephoned to make my order, the lady was knowledgeable and friendly, I then chose my best time for the technicians to make the installation, They arrived at my chosen time, worked quickly, efficiently and tidily. They answered any questions I asked. Now everything is much better than with my old supplier. Thank you.

Great product.

Great service with efficient and quick installation. Engineer did a great job and cleaned/hoovered up before he left. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish it went great

From start to finish it went great. Managed to get an installation date aligning with our move in date, slightly change its time after booking too and the customer service were very responsive throughout. The engineer was friendly and he tried his best to get the line active same day - which he did manage too.

Haven’t had any issues since installation (about a month now). One “downside” is the provided router, don’t like zyxel. it’s not the most reliable so I will just use one of old meshes instead.

Josh from ClearFiber network came in to…

Josh from ClearFiber network came in to fix one problem and 2 more poped up since this one was reported and he looked at other problems, sorted them out and now we have very happy tenants that expected problems to be fixed next week… Thanks Josh an amazing customer service and fast work! We hope to have you again

Cracking Company

Great internet speeds never once had a problem, I’m a PC gamer and I’ve never had one iota of a problem. Tom Shaw who has dealt with my package is an absolute legend and a credit to the company for his Customer Service Skills. I will be renewing for another year, can’t fault Clearfibre.

Gave the wrong password, had to call support!

In the activation email, they gave log-in details (the SSID and *password* to log in to my wi-fi) after trying several times and it not working, I called support...and they told me the password was actually the "Key" on the back of the router itself that I use as the password!

Such a simple thing that could have been cleared up, but no...

I would have kept Toob if I could have.

Really good

So, I was a little skeptic after reading mixed reviews from people who waited ages for their connection to go up but I have to say I am so happy I changed to ClearFibre.
Customer service was really fast to answer enquiries and the whole process was really painless. Will say tho I did have to contact them directly in order to schedule the installation as opposed to getting an update from them, but really nothing major and they sent someone to install it in couple days.
Fastest internet I’ve ever had 👌🏻

Sadly WiFi is on and off

Sadly WiFi is on and off, dozen times a day /night. Every day. The same issue in a different apartment. No, we don't have many devices connected to WiFi.
