We have been using Clearsight Energy for our new pub and they have been great at finding the best prices!

Adam handled our recent switch of water providers, he was quick to respond to our emails, gave us several competitive quotes and dealt with the switch. We were very pleased with the service.

We set-up a contract with Water Plus through a broker called Clearsight 18 months ago, and the contract was sighed making it legally binding. However, from the off we were being charged more per unit than was in the contract. Having sent numerous correspondence they will not refund us a measly £135 (we spend approximately £400/ month with them!).

Shocking support, service and a blatant disregard for contract law...

We are now seeking advice on how to proceed elsewhere!
