We delt with Adam who was amazing took time to answer our questions and was always available. No waiting to be connected to a call site. We saved a substantial amount by changing and so far we cannot be happier . I highly recommend changing to this supplier especially with the recent price increase coming in April.

Clearsight Energy have provided a quick and efficient service.
Clearsight Energy have provided a quick and efficient service to our Parish Council. No pressurised selling was involved, just clear and constructive advice. We will look to using them in the future when our other utility contracts are up for renewal.

What A Refreshing Change - excellent service
In my opinion comparison websites are a necessary evil....after filling in the online contact form I had a pit in my stomach awaiting the inevitable sales call from a pushy executive ....
However after a few minutes I received a call from Adam. He was incredibility knowledgeable about the market and quickly and concisely told me what my options were. We agreed what he would do and he said he would ring me back within the hour with what prices he had managed to negociate.
Within the hour he rang back and we agreed the new contract there and then. No pressure just pure professionalism.
Im still in disbelief as to how easy the process was and how human Adam was during the process. Never pushy - just matter of fact and helpful. Thank you.

Brilliant service and great advice - would highly recommend!
This has to be the easiest utility contract switch that I have ever done. After requesting a quote online, I received a call within minutes from Adam who was friendly and concise and quickly found me the best rate. He gave clear and trustworthy advice, and I never felt pressured or committed before I was ready. We spoke again a couple of times and he was always happy to answer my questions. I couldn't have asked for anything more from the whole experience.
