We chose a media wall fireplace from this local family business. The whole experience from start to finish was just exceptional. They paid attention to the detail, delivered everything they promised in a timely and professional manner. The sort of service you would expect but rarely get, thanks Cliftons, a great job.
We called in Clifton's on Friday to ask for advice as our Dimplex Oakhurst fire wasn't working. They were so helpful explaining what could be the issue and ordered the part and once again our fire is working. Highly recommend Cliftons.

As I have never lived in a house with a gas fire before, the switch from a coal to a gas fire was a huge change for me. Me and my husband visited Cliftons and were helped enormously by Lewis who was very knowledgeable but never pushy. The fire and surround were ordered and delivered promptly on the day that the fitter, Sam, started the work. We were extremely impressed with the excellent customer service from start to finish and are thrilled with our new fire and surround. Sam even fitted us in on a few evenings so we wouldn't have to take leave. A huge thank you and shout out to both Lewis and Sam. I would recommend you both in a heartbeat.
