For us, it firmly sits within our business model and day-to-day operations — it handles our multi-channel orders, stock control and processing in a way that genuinely works for how we operate. Once it’s set up properly, it becomes a central part of the workflow and saves a lot of manual effort.
Support has always been helpful when we’ve needed them, and you can see the system continues to evolve. We’re also looking forward to seeing the new owners develop it even further to meet the ever-changing demands of ecommerce.

Cloud commerce pro has really improved since the new owners have taken over. The support has been brought back to the UK, The system seems a lot more stable and new features have really helped our efficiency with managing marketplaces.
There are also new marketplaces being added very shortly which will again help to make our operation even more efficient and save us time and money.
The support team are always on hand and fully commit to resolving support issues or even help if you need assistance navigating the many features that make this system a great tool.
Personally, I like the integration with Quickbooks as it has helped reduce the time spent doing accounts.
I can definitely recommend this system especially if you want to list across many marketplaces and integrate your stock and trade accounts into one system.
We have been with CCP since 2018, and finding a system that could work across all sales channels was a real struggle. We had been let down by other systems, and looked at so many that didn't include all the features we needed (Epos, Websites, Ebay, Amazon, Onbuy, and soon to be TikTok), but CCP really has been the one-stop shop system for us.
Don't get me wrong, there have been some crashes and chaos along the way, and the reviews will show that, but with a lot of work, they have been a stable system that allows us to run our business much more efficiently.
I was going to offer 4 stars as there is always room for improvement, but Sarah has assured me the new ownership is a great step forward. So I will give them 5 stars with the hope that my backing gives them the drive they need to keep up the good work and elevate CCP to the best of their ability.
Also, a shout out to the help team, Chelsea, Dylan and Pravesh, for helping when needed too!

We have been using CCP for several years now, and it has made a significant difference to the way we manage stock control and process orders.
The system has streamlined many of our day-to-day operations, saving time and reducing errors.
There is so much more the system is capable of that we are only just beginning to explore, but with the ongoing support from the CCP team, I’m continually able to refine and improve our processes so the business can run more efficiently and scale with confidence.
The support I receive, from Sarah and Chelsea particularly is outstanding. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile are faultless. They take the time to understand my needs and always ensure issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly, making them an absolute pleasure to work with.

We've been a customer of CCP since before Covid - I totally recommend it as a good all-round system that covers our purchasing, selling, stock and dispatch. Booking in and packing is done by two staff instead of four - it's so easy. CCP links automatically to Xero so that also saves loads of time. Listing to eBay and our Shopify site is easy - Amazon have changed the process but I believe CCP are fixing early in 2026 - at the moment we list direct to Amazon and the system maps the products to CCP. We nearly left when CCP had loads of problems in 2022 with server issues and outages - I'm glad we persevered as it is so much better than all the other systems we have used that simply do not work.

I have been a customer of Cloud Commerce Pro since 2016 and the system has had its ups and downs, but the majority of the issues have been resolved and the system is fairly stable.
We are using various marketplaces, Amazon, eBay, website, Trade and telephone orders which seamlessly integrate into the system alongside our accounts package (We use QuickBooks). There are plans to introduce more marketplaces I believe which will be greatly welcomed.
The general customer support is okay, there is an online chat system although I much prefer to call and speak with someone in support, but Tickets are raised and you get regular updates on the progress of any issues you may have which do get resolved. Sarah in support has been fantastic in resolving technical issues along with Chelsea who always keeps us updated when we have open tickets.
I have tried a couple of other systems in the past but we needed both our accounts and online marketplaces integrated to make life a lot easier!!
If you want a system that can handle a trade channel as well as online marketplaces whilst also integrating accounts then I would recommend taking a look at Cloud Commerce Pro

One peice of advice, just dont sign up to Cloud Commerce Pro, Support is none, they don't fix any issues, They told me that issues would be sorted out and wasnt. Suport has gone down hill, I've had to leave and move to another company as CCP just was costing me money on a daily basis.
I even told them i was thinking of moving on, and they didn't care one little bit. The system is unreliable, it cant be used, and they are not bothered about fixing it, Since WPP came on board, its got a lot worse. Our company has lost a lot of money in this system i would NOT recommend
Avoid Cloud Commerce Pro!!
The original onboarding was 1 year longer than expected. Their support is nonexistent, we still have tickets that were created when we went live that haven't been resolved (3 years). Im pretty sure there support is now outsourced. They don't care about issues you have, recently our mappings somehow re-mapped and were no longer linked correctly. So-called support was no help and we were told it was up to us to fix. There are too many issues to list but please stay away.
You used to be able to call support which isn't now possible it’s just an automated voicemail, even when the system crashes (which is regular) your told to go to the online chat.
The back up from sales / support / customer services is horrendous.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!
If the vast amount of 1 star reviews don't put you off this system then nothing will. It's ready for scrap yard. Nothing but trouble
Terrible service and it is clear that they do not care for the customer.
All they want is your money for doing nothing.
To avoid addressing issues they have put they telephones on answer machine which permanently says that the support team is in training for over 6 months now.
So the only way you can contact them is via there own live chat which is down when they system is down.
Ongoing issues are just being ignored.
The system is good when it works but the service is poor.

Must agree with the last review, customer service is the worst ever, raise a web chat that advises a member of staff will be with you in 15 mins, 48 hours later still waiting. When you call the message is all agents are in training so please use the webchat.
Really really poor service.
I have lost track at the amount of cases reported to CCP, nothing ever seems to get resolved, all I get told is your case is with the Tech/Dev team!!!! Currently I have 2 cases open with CCP, one raised on the 25th October and the other on the 26th October, nothing has been done to rectify either issues. Both issues are impacting on our business but nobdoy at CCP seems to give a damn. Back in the day they were very responsive, but within the last year customer service is getting worse by the day. Somebody needs to sort this and quick.
We've been with CCP for years and I don't remember it being good since 2018 but I swear it's getting worse(some ex colleagues used to like it). It's slow to load everything and there are constant issues with it. The customer support are nice but they are clearly understaffed it takes days/weeks to have issues sorted and if there is a proper resolution it is rare. I honestly lose track of all the live chats I've had to open with them so issues just get buried under other issues. They can't keep track of stock (there are constant misc changes in our records) and the links to channels like ebay and amazon are all breaking. for months the tool for listing amazon products was broken - idk if it's fixed now I used another method in the end which apparently would have worked anytime. It's actually taking too much time to manage it's costing a lot of money on top of all the wasted time. We can't afford to keep losing money to them damaging our ratings and making it impossible to list products it's a real nightmare. Oh and I forgot to add - the latest is that when you call support they are on training, they seem to have a few new people who don't know how to fix things and gas light you saying everything is fixed, and send you links to their instruction pages on how to do things when you are asking for help!
