We went live in November with CCP and it genuinely saved our Christmas. Cloud Commerce Pro has been absolutely superb, a real game-changer for us as a business. It cut out so many silly manual processes that literally saved us hours every day. For a diary business, when we hit peak in Nov/Dec/Jan the CCP system came into it’s own and we able to cope with increased orders with ease compared to last year.

We bought this program in Jun 2019. We completed the configuration and customization of the database on Sep 2021. (2500 products). Our employees worked for two people for 8 months. Confusing and time-consuming configuration (CCP system does not work too fast).
Glich at CCP did not help. Thank you Chaelie for your patience and help. His commitment was the best that is at CCP.
In the meantime, it turned out that the promised functions are not available in the CCP.
None - Dynamic weight change during Dispatching.
None - integration with PrestShop.
There was no roadmap when the system was being implemented.
We bought two internet shops (Woocomerce) in the package.
To launch one online store, an additional full-time person was appointed for 2 months (now the store is operating but no sales).
CRM & Messaging System - it doesn't work for me (some problems with domains and MS Office).
Invoicing - this function should work without fail, our first attempts - resulted in looping the refund, instead of 1x £ 12.50 CCP made 32,000 x £ 12.50.
Shipping Integration & Automation - lost time (can't teach CCP automatically sent small L.Leter items) The shipping process is very slow compared to what I use: Shipstation until now.
Multi-channel Order and Inventory: stock check after 3 months tests works fine.
EPOS - the basic functions are valid, the problem is the integration with the payment card and Loyalty points.
Support depends on who you get on the other side.
Generally speaking, each defect requires 1-2 weeks of waiting to be reported. If you are lucky, steps will be taken to get involved.
Reducing the implementation of the program is very expensive. (license fee + 3 x the amount of work put in)
Not sure if it will work properly. Each function must be checked before use. How would it enter Beta (or a bug when installing the environment). The system looks and functions like it would have stopped 10 years ago.
Tips for those who decide to buy a CCP: do not believe the sellers' promises and their terms and conditions, make your own contract before paying the license.
The application for the IT devolepemt was accepted 5 months ago, so far they have not fixed the returns, the customer gets a few thousand credits for free thanks to CCP, also be careful because he makes a mess in accounting.

The support system is so disjointed. You contact them on chat which is not a live chat its one of those chats run by an automated moron that has been programmed with artificial lack of intelligence software, someone responds anywhere from 5 minutes to several hours later. The response doesn't fully explain things so you respond with another question but the person you are communicating with has left their desk and you wait anything from a couple of minutes to an hour for them to return, by which time you are busy with something else. You finally get back to it at 16.45, the person you are communicating with gets off one response, then they have signed off for the day and you have to wait for the next day, when you repeat the first day. Maybe you get the info that you need but it may stretch into a third day.
There is no easy flow between work processes. You would expect to be able to swap between related things by switching tabs, but CCP doesn't even have tabs. You constantly have to go back to the beginning and choose another option.
Undoubtely CCP has huge capabilities, if everything works as it should, but the listing process seems to be very dodgy. After 7 months I haven't listed one product directly from CCP. The first attempt at training me how to do it fell apart in 5 minutes when the translation button that was supposed to enable me to list in Polish couldn't be found. The 2nd attempt fell flat on its face, once gain because of a system issue.
The company has been bought out by a much larger company so hopefully they will invest in making it far less complicated and much more intuitive to use.
Used CCP for two of my businesses over the years and always found it reliable and easy to use. It has certainly helped me to increase sales across platforms by managing the stock and turned hectic times of years into a breeze with easy of dispatch.
I cannot recommend the CCP system highly enough. The system allows us to utilise a produce on demand facility, massively reducing our need for huge stock levels for the number of products we carry online. We are able to have a "just in time" operation, that usually only global companies can achieve, keeping our overheads and cash flows inline with the trading environment of the time. The risk reductions of ensuring we are never overstocked is worth the cost of the system alone & alongside the various integrations would not be able to operate in the same way without it. This enables us to stick to our principles of building an ethical, fairwear and sustainable clothing brand.
I’ve been using CCP for around a year now and I’ve never had any issues. Support staff is spot on and is always there when you need them. Would highly recommend.
System works well most of the time but it falls over regularly which is frustrating. Customer Service staff do try but are slow to respond. The reports from the system are poor in what they offer and are, in any case, inaccurate and unreliable.
Great system which is super easy to use and makes light-work of running a business, support staff are very helpful and always get back with a speedy solution to any issues.
We started using CCP in 2019, after moving away from Linnworks due to them not being able to provide the full service we were looking for. We have never looked back!
CCP is a fantastic system. When we have recruited new staff, they have found the system user-friendly, and support is given when needed. There are so many time-saving features and the company really does make the extra effort to ensure we are maximising from these. The Dispatch feature is easy to use, with the ability to recreate and cancel the labels should this be required. It’s great how without being in the office we can still deal with the orders and be in control of what printing labels, changing invoices, etc, The CRM feature is easy to understand. The Supplier feature saves us loads of time. There is a range of Reports available, some giving information relating to product performance and others on costs, to returns and more which we benefit from.
Customer Support is very responsive and quick resolves are given where possible. They even make the effort to do follow-up contacts to confirm after this. We would highly recommend this system.
We have been using Cloud Commerce Pro for over six years now and since being in place it has made dispatching orders from all our sales channels so much easier, with various filters and actions available so you can action what you need to as a priority. Having the stock control is fantastic as we struggled in this area in the past, which is critical when dealing with online orders and channels. The ability to have the stock control when selling multipacks really helps as well.
The system has many features from automatically generating purchase orders to reports for visualisation of product performance and costs.
The staff at CCP are committed to improving the service and features available from the beginning and are always endeavour to provide as much help and support as they can. I would highly recommend CCP it’s an easy system to use and an integral part of my business. I wouldn’t be without it.

After using Cloud Commerce Pro for a couple of years now I have to say that it is an amazing system, and we couldn't do business without it. It has streamlined our order processing, and listing on all our channels is now a breeze.
The stock control element of the system is amazing and we could have done without it during our busy times.
The support we receive is brilliant and they are always happy to take our calls and do their best to resolve any issues.
We have been using CCP for around a year now. Takes a lot of getting used too but once we got used to it, it has allowed us to process orders and upload products even faster. During our busy periods we could not have processed this many orders daily.

Started using Cloud Commerce system a couple of years ago, without a shadow of a doubt the system has helped our stock control, the integration within our selling channels works really well, the support is fantastic, the online tutorials are very useful, there are so many uses of the system that I still haven't used.
A system I would certainly recommend to anyone with a business
We contacted CCP when we were looking at systems to integrate our mulitple selling platforms. The service from installation to completion, was helpful and informative. The sytem has got even better over the last 12 months, with CCP constantly upgrading and adding things to their software.
Brilliant Company - Friendly Service
We have been working with cloud commerce pro for just over a year, their service is excellent and we would not recommend anyone else to go with!
We had a few problems to start with when setting up the service however since then everything has been fab.
We had no prior online service to help us with shipping before joining the cloud, making it very hard to go about every day work with shipping orders and managing customers. Overall, this was very time consuming and was not helping our business grow the way we wanted it to. After joining the cloud, and integrating our channels, life at work has been made much easier.
Cloud has helped us out with many things in helping our business grow, including setting up our personal and main business emails, setting up the website, report running, data handling, stock running. Cloud has allowed us to keep staff levels down as we do not need to physically hire someone to help us out with the dispatching and labels - they are just a phone call away and are happy to help with any issue you have, even if it is not to do with them.
Recently cloud commerce staff members (Tony/Stuart) have gone above and beyond for us as a company to help us out with a problem we are having with one of our main couriers, regardless of the number of phone calls I give them they are always pleasant and kind to us and are willing to help us out as much as they can.
We would not be without cloud now, I cannot thank the staff enough for all they do for us, we feel like part of their team - each and every phone call is made personal, they have become part of our growing business. We have no complaints to make about any of the staff members that work there, they are all a credit to the company they work for and should be thanked for all the hard work that they put in to help us out.. aka (Sarah in data, Mel in support, Tony and Stuart in Shipping, Len in emails especially put a smile on my face)
We are able to run our business in a completely different way now. When looking into the data on the cloud that a prior staff member had pulled in, I thought it would take me weeks to correct. After numerous phone calls that could last long periods of time with Sarah, she helped us resolve these issues, teaching us new ways to use the system and training on how to process and change the data to make it easier. Since doing this the system has been a lot easier and faster to run, products are easy to find, reports are easy to pull and understand and items are much better placed on their sales channels.
There is less room for error when using the cloud, and always a second solution if something does go wrong. All in all, I can't thank you all enough! The quality of your service is brilliant :)

After being promised the earth by our previous software provider and let down constantly, Cloud Commerce Pro have been a breath of fresh air. Yes there are problems, but they sort them - so long as you give the error in detail it will get fixed. We virtually use the entire system and it is generally pretty good - the only other software we use is Xero for accounting but this integrates with CCP. You have to be prepared to give them the correct data but this applies to all systems - critical reviews on here seem a little unfair, especially for the reasonable monthly costs compared with rival companies.
I have been using CCP for about a year. Personally, I only use a few parts of it. There were some issues with payments and allocations and I received the best support!
