I have been using CCP for three years, the system is immense and does take time to get your head around, but you have always got help at hand with the on line help system. I have even had help from the CEO so even the big guns get involved.
When I purchased the system I employed 4 members of staff, once the system was up and running in it became very apparent that I only needed one which was me and it also showed that stock was going missing.
So CCP saved me an absolute fortune in the wages and stock

We've been using CCP for several months now, it has honestly taken quite a while to get used to all the different features and there have been some issues with slow support and system outages. However, CCP have always tried to keep us up to date and ensure we are getting the most out of the system, providing excellent one on one training when ever we need it.
I'm sure once we learn how to use all the features fully, CCP will be a very valuable tool for our business

Complete package, dispatching orders is very easy and flexible. Inventory management is excellent, and saves you lot of manual errors, best purchachase order system ever found, returns are managed well, good custumer service, the weak point are the reports which are very standards and difficult to custumize

I'll start of by saying the company delivers and provides an excellent system that works

As with any cloud based, multi channel system there can be intermittent issues, these are generally resolved quickly and efficiently. I have used other multi channel stock and order management systems and none have been completely flawless, but CCP are the quickest and most efficient at resolving issues

Furthermore, they are always wanting to help you improve and better your business. They dont just leave you high and dry and take your money every month. They are pro-active in helping you get the best from the system

They have alot of cool features that I dont know of any other system like this to have, the trade channels for example, the fast and easy way to list across channels and ease of updating prices in bulk and the list goes on. I am talking from experience having used many of the others on the market.

Is it the cheapest, maybe not. Is there a set up cost, yes there is. But it is by far the most extensive system out there and with that in mind, it offers excellent value for money

We started using Cloud Commerce Pro around 5 years ago, and ever since then it’s no coincidence that our business has almost doubled in size. We have a retail store, and sell online via our website, eBay store and Amazon store. Without CCP we would not of been able to grow and expand as a business.

We use almost every feature the system has to offer, we honestly could not run our business without CCP. We use the system to run all our online channels from listing stock to fulfilling orders across all our websites and marketplaces.

Our product range includes lot’s products that have a lot of variations, I.E sizes and colours etc and it manages the stock perfectly. Without a solid stock management system, we wouldn’t be able to manage our inventory efficiently.

I would like to say a special thank you to Sarah at CCP, if we have any issues or questions then she is always there on hand when we need.

I have recommended CCP to other businesses that sell online and I will continue to do so.

After suffering with issues initially, I am happy to amend my review to reflect my recent experience with Cloud Commerce Pro. With the help of Debbie at CCP, I feel we have been able to resolve all of the issues that I had raised in my initial review.

CCP has been fantastic for my business since getting the issues amended.

Debbie has been a life saver. Her customer service skills are fantastic. Nothing is too much hassle for her. Debbie will go above and beyond to sort any issue you are facing. Debbie is an absolute credit to the Cloud Commerce Pro team.

Overall the system is pretty good. Personally I only use a few parts of it. There has been recient issues with the system running slow and some label creation, which can create downtime at our end. The biggest frustration is the access to support. Once you get to speak to someone, the support is always first class. Getting through the automated help feature the trys to answer the question I appreciate maybe good for CCP, but for the customer is at best - painfull.

However, overall the system is very good and I would recommend anyone looking at it to give it a try.

Have been using CCP For Years, Superb System! Would Definitely Recommend as a cloud based all in one stock management system. They are actively improving the system daily with lots more great features to come in the future.

We have used CCP for around 3 years and had a few ups and down with the system and communication, however recent changes within CCP seem to be positive with the company listening to their customers more. Continuously looking to make improvements will ultimately make a better system and allow out business to run more smoothly.

We have been using Cloud Commerce Pro for more than 4 years. We have 3 different online sales channels (eBay, Amazon, Website) and they are all integrated into this system. If we have any problems, the online support team is very helpful and they take care of the issue. If they develop the training portal a little more, they will achieve much better work. Thanks to Dylan for all his support.

Mel helped to integrate our new web platform into our existing Cloud set up and it was far from easy. The API connection caused issues with data and there were times where it looked like it just wasn't going to be possible. Mel battled away tirelessly and we got there in the end. She's a credit to the company!

We have had the cloud commerce system for a good number of years now and find it excellent for what we need. We run our website, ebay and Amazon account.
If there is a problem with anything, there is always someone to help out and correct it. The system runs smoothly and is easy to operate. Debbie is our first port of call. She has excellent knowledge on most of the system. She has always been there with lots of patience (thankfully lol) and always resolved any issue we have. Thanks Debbie and team Newline Imports

A terrible company to deal with.
Beware of the sales team as they will tell you anything to get you to sign up.
Paid £5k set up fee that was meant to cover set up and CCP staff doing most of the work. This did not happen and we ended up having to do 90% of the work ourselves. CCP staff advised us incorrectly on a number of things during set up which cost us more time and money.
The system works ok but is full of bugs and some of the features don't work properly.
All in all a waste of 12 months work and have now gone back to the system we used before.

I began using CCP around 2 years ago when tasked to implement a new warehouse management system, we end up going with CCP as they could integrate all sales channels into one database. Using an ERP enabled us to integrate stripe, xero and other programs using there open API. As a business this enabled us to use one stock inventory over multiple sales channels with it updating live stock levels every few minutes. It meant we could take sales online, telephone, face to face as well as eBay and Amazon all in one program.. setting up took around 4 weeks with their team importing all our products for us. Overall it is a great platform for start ups or SME’s alike. It does have it limitations as you would expect with it not being a bespoke product built for your business but it is well worth the money. Chelsea in particular was a very helpful and key memeber of staff when ever we needed a bespoke project building or for any major new integrations.

My business has changed to amazon FBA only so I did not need to carry on with CCP.

We changed to FBA only as we find the sales much better and consistent.

I might go back to the other selling platforms in the future but as it stands we are more efficient as purely FBA.

I have been with CCP since 2016 and didn't have any major problems.

My favourite part of the system was order dispatch.

To be honest I never had the time to fully explore the entire system.

We have used Cloud Commerce Pro for approximately 5 years now and find it a great benefit to running our ecommerce business. It is a very complex system that can mange a lot, or indeed all, aspects of an ecommerce business. You can use as many or as little of the sections as you need for running your business. First of all for a multi channel ecommerce business it is a great benefit and time saver to have all your sales listed on one page, one system. It is integrated with all our couriers so we can dispatch orders with one click and print a postage label, send invoice to customer and mark order as shipped on its channel. This can also print off picking lists so that the warehouse can pick and pack the orders.

The order dispatch system also allows for setting up automatic rules that can select the correct courier for your orders. If you want to change them they can be changed to any other courier at a click of a button once again. It is so easy to set up and use the dispatch system for all channels you want to sell on. If you ase having to log into different channels and downloading feeds to upload again into couriers and then going back to channels to mark orders as shipped and then send invoices then CCP will save you a lot of time and stress by simplifying your order processing.

Of course, as i said, it is a complex system. It also maintains your stock across any or all channels you want to keep updated.

It also has a report system which will provide you with sales data and this also includes an order purchasing system to create purchase orders from suppliers when your stock gets low.

The report section will also provide you with accounting data, VAT, profit levels etc whatever you want to use it for.

The inventory system allows you to create product listings and push them out to channels to create listings on those channels from one central hub.

All in all it is a great cloud based software system that can manage all aspects of an ecommerce business for you. It is a must for all SME ecommerce businesses as it gives you time to focus on growing your business while CCP takes care of running what you have already got.

It is complex, use it as you need it, the CCP support staff are friendly and helpful and will assist you in getting everything set up and running just the way you want it. There is a lot more to the system than i have mentioned, it is a powerful platform for ecommerce.

It is highly recommended from me.
