We have been using CCP for around 2 years. We certainly wouldn't have got where we are now without their support, and their system.
We have now left CCP as our business model has completely changed and need something more suited to 3PL warehousing, however we could not have reached this without the help and support of the team at CCP.
The system can be a little clunky at times, but its a nice system, very easy to navigate, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone starting up a multi-channel online business.

We struggled to find a Multi-Channel sales system that actually worked for years. We struggled with Cybertill before realising they were not up to the task (Trust me if you sell on multiple online channels avoid them!). Until we made the switch to Cloud Commerce Pro over 2 years ago now.
The set up was done very well - although a lot of work to integrate all of our products and connect all of our sales channels together - but was worth it all. Our system now holds everything we need, automating so many processes that used to take up so much of our time.
Unlike Cybertill, when we run into problems with the CCP system the support team do work at trying to fix it. I know last year was mental for all online sales platforms and we had our problems with CCP, they have come throw and fixed all of the ones we had.
No system that can connect so many different platforms is perfect, but Cloud Commerce Pro give it a really good shot! I know people are quick to judge when things do not go right and do not work, and although we had issues with our website connections we knew that CCP had it working at one point and would work hard to get it that way again.
We are so happy we have made the move and look forward to continually growing our business further with Cloud Commerce Pro!

The system works well for us.. we have been on CCP for a while and can see them contantly making improvements.
Our daily processes are much slicker becuse of CCP.

We have been with CCP now for a couple of years. We have got 2 websites and eBay store and physical shop so use the epos system on 3 tills.
These all work very well on all sales channels with stock control. Dispatching orders are easy to do, the system update the couriers and inform the customer with al the correct information and send to the correct sales channels. We have seen huge trade increase since using the system.
I would highly recommend using CCP

We have been with cloud commerce for more than 4years now, some problems to begin with witch was due to having not enough staff and us being not familiar with new system but gradually got better and better. Customer service always good. I would recommend to use their training program. Overall very good system.

Been with CCP for around 3 years now using them as a platform to host our eBay and Amazon sales. It was one of the best decisions I made even if only from a purely shipping solution point of view. Their integration with all the couriers and Royal Mail has let us work very efficiently and it has enabled me to streamline our operation. The nice thing about CCP is the flexibility in importing new shopping sites and the exporting of stock info - very user friendly. They give good support when setting up for the first time which is needed as there is a learning curve but a lot of it is quite intuitive
Brilliant and just keep getting better! Have been with CCP for a number of years now and cannot recommend them enough. High recommended to take away some of those business management stresses!

We have been with Cloud Commerce now for almost 4 years, and although the system has its weak areas we could not have coped with the increase in business we have experienced in the last four years without it. The automation side takes a lot of setting up but once it is, it does allow you to deal with increased business levels, crucially while keeping your staff numbers down. The reporting side has always been a bug bare to us and it does take a long time for problems to get fixed in this area but I believe they are taking on new developers and support staff to improve this side of things (Spring 2021). Support staff do their best but they are reliant on the developers to fix things, which can be frustrating as support can't give time scales for problems to be fixed, but again hopefully this should improve with more developers coming on board. We are in no doubt of the commitment of all at CCP and their desire to improve and move forward for hopefully all of us to benefit in the future and all in all the system does a good job for us. It's not perfect but in life, thigs rarely are, and as long as you don't rush to go live, put a lot of time and effort in to the set up side, you should reap the benefits in the long run.

Where do I start.... We had problems from beginning to end with the system. What a waste of time and money.
Here are a FEW examples of our continuous issues-
- Problems updating marketplace listings. Price, stock quantity, images etc
- They could not add our template which is basic html. They thought it was fine to leave every listing wonky and looking unprofessional.
- Deleting listings when we integrated with them after being informed this would not happen. These has 1.5k+ sales on them....
- Invoices reading like this £5.49999999999997 How can you send this to a customer or use it for any form of accounting?
- You cannot generate an invoice on the trade channel, they have to do it. We are a wholesaler so this was a massive issue. - Please note we asked if we could delete the customers and reimport them via a Magento Channel as a work around and they said no. Instead they did literally nothing.
- You have a customer on zero vat with all the necessary fields filled in but the system still adds 20% on to every item. A massive problem when you are a wholesaler and the customer orders over 500 items.
- The system is incredibly slow to load orders, stock information etc
- The report functions are poor
- The system is always crashing
- You get constant messages saying look how great we are we have added a new feature. How about fixing everything that is wrong with your system to make it usable first...
- You can make limited changes to pick sheets and invoices.
- They could not add configurables to Magento
- They cannot add product images correctly to Magento
- Orders from Magento not feeding in because we use reward points, apparently. Even though we have countless orders feed in when they are used.
- You get told that there is a Groupon connection when joining when this never existed and was a lie. Please note this would have been relevant at the time as this was well before Groupon changed its business model.
- Customer support tickets open for longer than a YEAR.... They cannot fix the problems and just left them.
- The customer support team are always polite and helpful when you get through to them. They clearly know the issues with the system which is why most problems went to devs to try and fix.
This is just a glimpse in to our time with Cloud Commerce Pro. I would not recommend Cloud Commerce Pro. They have a lot of bugs to fix in the system and they were clearly focussed purely on sales and had no intention on fixing the system.
Please note that they have finally hired some developers so work is being done on the system, at last. We are not hanging around to see if it makes any difference. Why would we?
I have used CPP for almost two years. I have used their EPOS system as well as integrate with Woo Commerce (my existing website), Ebay and Amazon.
Linking to the three external sources was really straight forward and didn't take much time at all. Once they were set up my stock was always uptodate.
As a clothing retailer I needed their integrated EPOS system which again was very straightforward to use. Their post sales support was great - they were easy to get hold of and very helpful.
I would have no concerns recommending CPP and that if you are contemplating a new system to give them a ring for a demo.

Bats fly by night and these are nothing short of being bats flying at night. Quite simply the system is not in any way shape or form fit for purpose and should not even be considered as being beta software, although advertising it can manage invoicing and link to accounts is 100% incapable of doing so, products you mark as being zero vat the system produces invoices as being 20% or even 10% which there is not even a VAT rate for in the UK.
What's even worse after paying them thousands of pounds to get absolutely nothing and highlighting these issues they do nothing to resolve them and then months later blame you the customer and then just to add salt in to the wounds choose to ignore you.
Unfortunately it seems the next step will after almost a year be legal action to recover the losses for services they are incapable of providing.
I can only suggest you avoid Cloud Commerce Pro like you would try to avoid COVID!
Update (18/01/21) unsurprisingly (as apparent from other reviews) although CEO M*** M***** ignores emails someone at Cloud Commerce Pro actually gets semi lively when a negative review is posted. Unfortunately the only way as we have learnt to deal with these fly by night "bats" is to first suffer the pain of paying them money for a system which is not fit for purpose and then pay solicitors to commence proceedings to get your money back.
Please don't say you were "not warned" when you suffer the same pain as us and clearly many others.
Update (27/01/21) we have been offered a refund for the CCP system on the condition we remove this review.
Update (09/02/21) in reply to D*** F**** (The Chief Financial Officer and guy who originally replied to my Cloud Commerce Pro review but then edited it on 11/11/21). Absolute nonsense and a flat out lie!
Accurate product data including the vat rates was provided for all products, all Amazon listings and all eBay listings which was then overwritten with entirely incorrect data by the CCP system. We have all the files and emails to prove this “fact” and will be presenting them as evidence in court.
Additionally, products were by CCP incorrectly set as being either VAT exempt or at 10% VAT which is not even a legal vat rate for anything in the UK (it’s either 20%, 5%, 0% or exempt and exempt is ‘not’ the same as 0%).
As for the complexities of the software unfortunately if you do not understand them and the system is incapable of providing the product advertised it shouldn’t be for sale!!
W***** O*** (again Cloud Commerce Pro didn't like the other reviewers name being used so I’ve had to remove accordingly) has also commented about the inaccuracies of the vat calculations and invoicing in his review, no doubt CCP will attempt to try and pass the buck there too.
Update (11/02/21) I've had to remove the names above as Cloud Commerce Pro didn't like them (it's odd how they don't mind names being used when it's a positive review). If only Cloud Commerce Pro put as much effort in to making a stable and usable system as advertised as they do trying to get Trust Pilot reviews removed/edited perhaps they wouldn't have to waste as much time worrying about reviews in the first place.
