I first came on board with Cloud Commerce Pro 8 years ago, with one of my previous companies. I’ve seen the software develop and grow over the years, with new integrations and functionality being added constantly.
Now with my new business, Plan B Agency, I use almost every feature the system has to offer. With 5 Shopify sites and an eBay store to manage, I honestly could not run my business without CCP. We use the system to run all our online channels from listing stock to fulfilling orders across all our websites and marketplaces.
Our product range includes printing on blank clothing stock - so one t-shirt could be branded with rock band Doves’ designs, and the next could be printed for our NHS charity project. Without a solid stock management system, we wouldn’t be able to manage our inventory.
We’re also an ethical brand so using a cloud-based system that makes our business as efficient as possible cuts down on waste which is really important to us.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CCP to anyone who sells online. It’s an integral part of my business and I couldn’t operate without it.
Probably the best order despatch system on the market. We have doubled our order processing capacity since installation. The increased efficiency has allowed us to scale our business significantly with the same number of staff. They have had a couple of outages this year which is annoying, but no system is perfect (we're on our third). Considering the huge increase in order volume over all ecomm sectors its perhaps not surprising they are suffering growing pains. You need this software if you sell online
We have used CCP for quite a while now and it has quite honestly transformed our business. Once you get set up it’s such an easy system to use and it can do everything we need for our online marketplaces.
We especially benefit from the warehousing features because we are a high volume retailer. It makes picking, packing, label printing, and dispatch as easy as possible so we get maximum efficiency from our warehouse.
On top of that, we use the wholesale module which allows us to supply to trade accounts. Because the system can handle wholesale and consumer orders, we can manage Shopify and Amazon, and our trade customers all in one place.
The bottom line is this has been a lifesaver for our business.
We have had quite a few issues with this platform, but Mel has been great sorting these else
Cloud Commerce Pro have given us outstanding service over the years especially I can give a mention for Sarah Foden who has continually handled any problems we had swiftly, friendly and always ready to give good advise to help our company really use the system for maximum benefit, all systems will at times have their issues no company can promise you that it will run like clockwork, so although some of the issues highlighted by other reviews are true, we were kept well informed at all stages, we have also had a sample try of other stock control systems and I can honestly say the cloud commerce pro system is so much easier to use, it's a clean setup, easy on the eyes, nothing complicated, it really has saved us a lot of unnecessary costs, with stock control and purchase order, not to mention we do not need as many employees as the system does their jobs with ease, I hope this review is helpful, but like all things on the internet people are quick to post a bad review about anything, they don't realise how damaging this is for good company's like Cloud. We hope to use this system for many more years to come

Paid 2.4K to join and lost 4K in trying to use their purchase orders, refused a refund with a promise to fix issues and allow us to rejoin. Left and tried to rejoin 1 year later now they want 7.2K Additional to rejoin and charge £600 a month. I challenged this amount and they are now refusing take my calls , answering my emails. A ridiculously poor response on first instance, fixes took weeks , refused a refund , and now don’t want our business, I guess they just wanted our money.. I understand they are having to rebuild the complete platform as it collapsed a few months ago. May be it was best I did not rejoin them.
Update: I was asked on several occasions to remove this review , and so as I started having conversations to re negotiating my joining in request to this review removal and us use there system. we discovered however the part of the system that forced us to leave was still exactly the same 2 years later. I would have thought they would have fixed the system by now.

I can't recommend the services of CCP high enough. From day one they took the time to help integrate our business on to their system and have always been on hand to support us should the situation arise. Great layout and easy to use.

Waste of Money, valuable Time and Efforts. Better Stay Away from them.
We did a contract with them back in May/June 2019 for a new website and their system which would apparently help us save loads of time and get new business. Go live time for everything was 1st of September 2019 allowing us 3 months to get the systems ready.
We are in March 2020 now and website is still no where, Every week we think we will get this launched this week but then, someone is on holiday, or busy with other clients etc, the week ends and we then hope for next week and this circle keeps going on. We keep chasing them and they keep delaying it, the bit they are really good at. We have even stopped payments for 3 of the monthly invoices to push them to finish the work but they just can't be bothered.
About the system, we were behind on this as most of the work they did was in last 2 weeks of August leaving everything for last minute causing us a lot of problems. We had loads and loads of issues, from get go. We were promised a few things which were not even possible in their system. Then for issues we had to ring again and again and keep chasing to get them sorted. NOT once were our issues resolved without a 2nd or third and some time numerous chases. Before using them we were using another system for only £30 a month, no upfront costs or setup fees and the system was absolutely spot on. I still regret signing up with them.
Now they have done even worse about support, every time we call to get help from support staff, they tell us to email or go to live chat, you send email to someone or go to live chat and get ready to waste your time. I believe they think we are just sitting idle here instead of running business and keep you waiting. I wish I could upload screen shots of online Chat here to show the sort of responses you can expect, then If you ring to ask that chat is taking too long, they just say you have to wait for the person on chat to get back and they can't be bothered to resolve your query quickly and efficiently.
I was told to hold on to this feedback by some people from their office and they reassured that things will sorted soon and that they will follow up on outstanding tasks personally, they do it for a week or so then everything goes back to as usual. But I have just lost it now, I have never felt so bad about a decision in my life before this. I can literally go on and on for pages about the issues we have had but again, I have other more important things to do.
I wish I could give them 0 stars but had to give 1 otherwise can't leave my review.

The team are always very quick to respond, very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

We have had our ups! and downs but I am without, any shadow of doubt having excellent assistants from Mel. The product and technical support provided by her is second to none. We are working with Cloud to break all barriers currently seen on many other web providers. To be honest I was scared before starting down the path of changing software - it almost seemed outfacing and dangerous! Clearly a risk taker here - haha. However after even just the first visit from CCP sales, I was reassured and felt confident and enthusiastic about what CCP could do for our business. So we committed! From this point Charlie Gaw took our hand a walked us through getting our data CCP ready - he was nothing short of amazing... he met every problem we threw at him with intelligence, knowledge and a sense of humour. We are now ready to go live and I am nothing but excited and confident moving forward that this exactly what we needed. Thanks all at CCP, especially Charlie. Lucy
CCP takes care of our bricks and mortar shop's Epos til system and also all our online selling channels, the system is constantly being updated with new features and the CCP team are helpful and knowledgeable with issues being dealt with in an efficient manner. There is someone to speak to if ever needed and the flexibility it now gives us for stock control, accounting, purchasing and fulfilling online orders is excellent.
I see the system and company only improving A+++++
I had a website designed by CCP in 2012 which was looking a bit dated by 2019 so I asked for something new. The design they came up with after my brief was really excellent - almost exactly what I had in mind - and after a few tweaks to the details it was ready for development. The development process was smooth and trouble free. All my requests for tweaks and amendments to the functionality were accommodated without fuss, and I am 100% satisfied with the finished product. Highly recommended.
From start to finish, CCP have been fantastic. We met with the sales exec James, who came out to our office and showed us a demo, talked us through the features and got more of an understanding of our business. We are using their multi channel e-commerce platform.
To new potential customers in the same boat as me, read this:
I was initially put off enquiring about CCP due to the fact they don't advertise a pricing structure on their website. Little did I know, there's a good reason for this. They tailor the system to you. They don't just lump you with a full system of things you'll never use, they switch parts on or off that you won't require, which means you basically get a tailored price. I switched from Veeqo, paying nearly £500 a month to CCP with better features and support for half the price.
We were under no obligation from our initial meeting to sign up with them, so the pressure is off really, worth a phone call to see what they can do for you.
The system itself is flawless. From streamlining our picking and packing process, to syncing our stock levels between eBay, Amazon and our website... Even taking telephone orders is a breeze now. It integrates with almost everything.
We've always been set in our ways, trying to mould new software and systems to our previous way of working, which for all intents and purposes, was slow and inefficient. CCP has just made us so much more efficient, we are running the business in a way the software is guiding us... Now working 'smarter... not harder'
I was contacted by the MD for Cloud Seller Pro (sister company) about getting Google Shopping ads done for our website. I wasn't sure about this, but the terms of the deal he offered me were too good to pass up and he said I could pull out any time.
We've now generated more sales on our website from the 1st to the 17th October than we have made for the entire year previous. Again, this all integrates into CCP and was really easy to set up... In fact, I didn't do anything apart from create a Google account for them.
