Cloud Commerce Pro is a great all-round…

Cloud Commerce Pro is a great all-round system for eCommerce channel and inventory management. We have been able to seamlessly integrate three eBay stores, Amazon Marketplace and our website with a solution which quickly and easily keeps our inventory levels correct, helps us to process and despatch orders more quickly, and integrates an array of carriers to make printing labels effortless.

Since installation, the CCP team have been on hand to help us to grow into the system, and use the features that work best for our business. In the two and a half years we've been using the system, we've seen CCP undergo a raft of changes internally to strengthen their customer service and development teams. Now we are only ever a phone call or email away when we have a question or if something doesn't go quite to plan.

We have experienced problems along the way, but the way that CCP respond to issues, and how they grow the system to cope with the demands of their customers has been vital for us. They've also incorporated some of the changes we've suggested into the system, which makes the system easier to use.

It's simple to create and list products on sales channels, duplicate listings from one channel to another, share images between listings and manage price changes within the easy to use listing editor. The system can also pick up changes made directly within eBay and Amazon too, so you're not completely restricted to it if you don't want to be. There are also a range of import and export options, so managing and adding products is a fast process.

Cloud Commerce Pro has enabled us to scale up our ecommerce operation, and has been instrumental in enabling us to achieve tight shipping deadlines demanded by the likes of Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CCP to other online retailers, especially those who could benefit from the full set of features such as purchase ordering, invoice generation etc, and in particular because of their tailored and partnership approach.

For 12 months before using CCP we had…

For 12 months before using CCP we had been with Veeqo, we had so many issues with Veeqo and poor support from them we had to move somewhere, Mark from CCP came out to see us and we decided they would be the company to move to.

The move over was handled well, a few things could have been explained better, as regards to how some data is used, if we had known we would have had things set up slightly different, but once the data was across, we managed to make some adjustments to suit us.

So far the support has been great, no ticket system, you talk to real people, and everyone I have spoke to have all been courteous and friendly, and I have rang a lot, mostly questions like, how do I? They are always willing to help.

We are still waiting for some issues to be fixed, I don’t think we are using the platform to it’s full capabilities, and we won’t be able to until they are sorted, hopefully that won’t be too much longer.

CCP has saved us so much time in order processing, and the more orders you process the more time you save.

It’s not perfect, doing stock taking is a real pain, and not easy at all, they are improving the system all the time, I’m sure they will soon have a system that meets most people’s needs.

Excellent System - Even better customer service

We had been using Channel Grabber for around a year before switching to Cloud Commerce Pro, it was the best thing we could have done (what an eye opener). With Channel grabber we had no support at all only web chat (we were told by them they don't offer telephone support). Since we first started out with Cloud Commerce Pro we have had nothing but excellent communication and support as and when we need it.

We were told that it would be around 8 weeks before we could go live but the team there went above and beyond and got us up and running in around 5-6 weeks.

I would recommend anyone to get in touch with CCP to see what they can offer.

We are saving so much time using CCP and couldn't thank them enough not just for the system but for the service as well.

We have been using cloud commerce pro…

We have been using cloud commerce pro with our business for over a year and we have had nothing but a positive experience.

We spent a long time deciding which company to use to integrate our stock and platforms such as ebay, amazon and shopfiy, and we are happy with our decision.

Whenever an issued has arisen we have always brought it up with the team and it has been resolved quickly and with great communication.

Cloud Commerce Pro - Great Investment

The team at Cloud Commerce Pro created a system that integrated our several different stores into one online central control centre (Amazon Ebay etc. all included), linked up with our couriers (DHL and Royal Mail) and the capabilities to be linked to our suppliers too.

The time saving factor has been amazing since the switch on. Each store’s data being updated all at once instead of logging into every store individually, the option to have an electronic stock take of inventory auto-updating with every purchase. And yet we are still scratching the surface of the other uses CCP can offer our business further down the line.

Before CCP, our posting process was very manual. Handwritten customs on packages, ink stamps on all mail, with everything needing individually weighing. A process which you can imagine would take hours each day now slimmed down just simply bagging items now in minutes. Along side this we would be attaching up to 4 labels onto a package (CN22, Address, Airmail, Tracking). All of which are now incorporated in a simple 2 labels max using Royal Mail’s Intersoft software.

Stuart Walker and the shipping team have been been so helpful with the process, whenever we needed something adding to our data they would implicate it. Even the more complicated requests such as the changing the data on our mailing CN22 labels, headers on invoices etc. Stuart would sort it. Coming back very promptly after phone calls with the implicated changes and screen-shares to explain them in depth, the support from the staff at CCP has been outstanding and always happy to tackle any issue.

I ran the DHL side of the orders manually up and till now, the time saving aspect on this is so substantial with all shipping data being copied across automatically saving me up to 30 minutes of copy and paste into the shipping fields.

Would highly recommend Cloud Commerce Pro to any online businesses that are looking to expend/save time and automate more of their daily needs.

Amazing system, excellent customer service!

Cloud Commerce Pro software has had a positive impact on our business, straight forward to use , do not need to be an IT expert! Besides the software and reports , their customer service is truly world class backed by an excellent Project Management team that helps you in transition and a very patient training team who empower you with all the knowledge you need about the system!

Amazing system, affordable and money/time saving!!

I signed up with Cloud Commerce Pro back in May 2018, to help with the growth of my 2 websites. They successfully integrated with our third party logistics partner '3P Logistics'. Any issues have been quickly resolved, and customer support has been really strong. The system has saved us significant time and money, and being a young company, most importantly it has helped us grow and be productive at the same time. We now trade across 2 websites, eBay and Amazon. The best investment i've made so far in this business! Thanks, John (We Are Three Sixty Ltd)

Lost £4,500 - no system, no website and no contact

EDIT: After leaving a review, I have now been refunded all money. I have also improved their stars to 3 out 5.

Original review:

Regrettably giving this review after the company has stopped responding to our emails and feeling helpless having lost over £4,500 to this company. We are a small company with basic requirements that simply wanted help to manage our increasing level of orders and business demands through eBay and Amazon. They also offered to make a website. 1 year later Cloud Commerce Pro has left us with nothing, no system, no calls or emails and no website.

For those that are interested I have summarised our company's experience with Cloud Commerce Pro (CCP).

The director that spoke to us originally suggested 1 month to onboard and complete the system. We paid for an Order Management System as well as a website redesign. They asked us to agree that they would start charging us a monthly fee after 4 weeks of signing up. Setup fees were swiftly paid.

Fast forward 3 months and after lots of excel sheets back and forth, the account manager apologised for the delay and agreed to a training day as the system was deemed ‘’ready’’. We sat through the training and found several errors and flaws. CCP said they would fix them and come back to us. We agreed to this.

6 months after the initially signing the contract, we were told the system is now ‘’ready’’. We went through another training session and found yet further issues and errors in the inventory and label producing parts of the system. This was the absolute minimum we needed to get started, once again they agreed it needed more work. A deadline was given for 2 weeks down the line.

9 months after signing the contract, the system was still not ready and one of the directors took over managing the onboarding with a deadline of 2 weeks given. We were hopeful having spent so long working with them, that the system would be fully functional for our use.

2 weeks after this date we were told CCP lost all inventory data and were unable to complete the set up.

We have chased them a number of times since that date and they have not responded to our phone calls or emails. The account manager has also stopped all forms of communication. What is clear from our experience is the onboarding and setup process is fundamentally flawed and the concept of keeping to promises is non existent. The company is under staffed and there is little to no flexibility in their systems. Further, before announcing that the system is ‘’ready’’ and you have a ‘’start date’’ the account manager should check what he is delivering.

The ability to deliver the system onboarding and setup within a reasonable time frame and cost is a reasonable expectation of any business owner but following our experience I regret to say that Cloud Commerce Pro does not meet these expectations and would advise others to consider our experience before making a decision to sign up.

Very friendly, very knowledgeable, excellent product

Our company Sir Gordon Bennett have an order management system and a Woo Commerce based web build with Cloud Commerce Pro. We were initially only looking for the OMS but they offered us a web build for a very competitive price. The team there are very helpful and knowledgeable. Helen project managed everything for us, she is awesome, really helped us focus and understand everything we needed to complete as well as getting the CCP team to complete their side too (thanks Helen!). She helped us with sorting payment gateways, the set up and the testing, plus a big job was preparing our product data. We were starting from zero so had nothing to pull in from another channel, Ebay/Amazon etc, so she took us through everything we needed to do. It was a lot of data, images etc, but with her guidance we sorted it really quickly. She ensured the we understood how to use the OMS, so we can take advantage of all the features the system has. We've had a few different set ups for couriers, integrations etc, which Tony at CCP has done a great job with. Danielle did some really great designs for us. We had a concept which she totally got and delivered something exactly as we'd had hoped. And Mat has been great in managing the web build and bringing Danielle's visuals to life, helping us with the complexities of Wordpress and Woo. As with all builds there are some sticking points and a few delays but in my experience that is par for the course with web builds. CCP have always been properly friendly, very helpful, will go out of their way to ensure they sort things for you and you always feel looked after. I'd recommend them for a lot of different types of businesses, whether you've got loads of channels or just one like us, the OMS is easy to use and will make a huge difference to the day to day fulfilment and stock management stuff. And we know that it will scale with us as we grow too.

CCP has made me a very happy customer

We haven't been using the system very long but it has already made a positive impression.

I have found the staff at CCP as very knowledge and no task is too much trouble for them.

This really is a great platform and is making running my business a whole lot easier.

CCP have created me some custom integrated labels for my different sales channels which promotes the different channels individually and also has save me time during the printing and dispatch process.

The additional work on the labels was outside of the agreed setup and any changes that I required were completed without question.

As mentioned earlier the support that I have received is first class and this is an extremely important factor for any e-commerce business. Efficient service when you need it most!

I recommend CCP to any e-commerce business, who wish to develop and take their business to the next level.

Was First Class....now not so much...

It makes a lovely change to find a company that actually cares about my company. An amazing group of people who are beyond helpful and who all seem extremely happy in their work.
I am so thankful that I found CCP as their help, knowledge and fantastic platform makes running my business a whole lot easier.

As mentioned earlier the support that I have received is first class.

UPDATE.. There have been several issues this year with the stability of their platform. It appears that every time something gets fixed, something else breaks. Things that used to work fine now don't. I am finding it increasingly frustrating on a daily basis and rather than making my business run more smoothly it is making it more stressful. I am seriously thinking about trying another company. The only thing stopping me at the moment is time restraints.
The customer service used to be awesome, but now to be able to even get hold of someone during the day is a nightmare. I understand due to Covid that many are working from home but I have opened 2 chats today but no response for 12 hours and counting.
Disappointed as seemed so promising...

An extremely powerful system which we…

An extremely powerful system which we are really pleased with. This has reduced stress levels, saves so much valuable time, and probably put an extra 10 years back on to my lifespan!

Its one of those “how did we ever manage without it before!” We really were in such a big mess we had stock everywhere and didn't know where anything was. We didn’t know what we had, we had no stock control (which meant we seemed to be selling more of what we didn't have than that of what we did) because most of what we did have wasn't even listed on any of the online sales channels!

The list is endless to what this system can do, and we are yet to use the system fully, such as utilising reports. But in the short time we have used it, we have found these are just a few of the benefits the system offers:

Stock control - No more overselling, and we know the stock will be there when we go to pick the order!

Multipack stock control - This is very clever as you can sell a single item either individually, as a multipack, or even as multiple items, and the stock control works out how many multipack sales you can fulfil as you sell the items individually.

Item Location/Allocation - Every item now has an allocated location, so therefore it becomes super quick for the pickers to pick orders, and no paper is required as we can now pick our order directly from a tablet.

Order Dispatch - Quick order dispatch system for generating postage labels, which works out the postage required for each order by weight and size. The scanning barcode system means customers can never end up with the wrong item. The system now auto loads tracking information onto the respective sales channel, and consequently less time is now spent answering customer queries in regards to the location of their items.

Listing Templates - We are able to load each listing up with a sales template, which adds a professional touch and improves the whole feel and image of the listing for the customer.

Auto Re-Pricer - The auto re-pricer has made a big difference to our business. Beforehand we would only check our prices around once a month, now we can be really aggressive on our pricing and the system now allows us to come down and up with our prices if needed. We can set our prices and let the system do all the hard work for us in real-time. We have seen an increase in both the buy box win and our price competitiveness.

Its frustrating to start with but like anything new you get out what you put in, and at the end it has all been worth it. It didn't take us long to find our way around it, every business is different but the system is built to adapt to your individual requirements. Like everything new there will always be a few hiccups but the staff here are all very knowledgable.

The staff are great and very helpful, nothing is ever a problem and they are there whenever you need them. You have a dedicated, specialised member of staff for each stage of the set up process from start to finish.

If you are serious about online retail then this is a must. We now feel this system will help us to go forward as we look to expand in the new year. We certainly wouldn't be able to do this without this system and we are so glad we took it on!

Great Service and a very good Solution for your business

We at Auto Power used Adlister and Nventree before signing up for Cloud Commerce Pro, we now save hours per day in order management, product management and stock management. We have suggested improvements for the system which Cloud Commerce Pro have taken on board which has benefited us and we believe the whole community using the system. Cloud Commerce Pro is a forward thinking company working with James Wright we will request more advancements in the system moving forward. The Shipping Helpdesk are really easy and pleasant to work with we have API’s with Royal Mail and My Hermes and moving forward we will be integrating with DPD. The general support team either fix or create Development jobs as required and they update us when the jobs have been completed and ready to go, although we may suggest an interim update in the future. Cloud Commerce Pro saves us time on the old systems we had, we are working with them to continually to advance the system in the areas of ebay listings and day to day processes and reporting as we work together improve our customers experience.

A pain to get set up, 100% worth it in the end

Cloud Commerce Pro is an expensive software to get installed. £2,000 pound set up fee and months of back and forth sorting out little technical issue in the set up process. It meant we had to run two different back office programmes for about 6 months, very costly indeed. Now it is finally over, I can say it is the best decision our company has ever made. It saves hours a day in adminstration, and we are not even using all the features yet. The monthly subscription fee is a fraction of what the others are charging as well. The reason the setup takes so long is because it requires a large amount of data about the products. Once you have all the information on the system, it will save you hours a day despatching orders and creating purchase orders with suppliers.I would recommend Cloud Commerce Pro to anybody looking to grow a large online retail busines. They listen to your suggestions about how to improve the software, and come out with weekly updates.1 Criticism: the repricer is very basic. I would keep using a standard repricer software.If you are reading this CCP, keep up the good work

Better than most on the market

Having used 4 other CMS systems over the past 6 years we have become comfortable now with the Cloud Commerce system and set up and have the system in a functional state of where we need to be.

We had ALOT of issues upon set up at the start due to technical data not working correctly and some strange errors, these where all resolved quickly and we were reimbursed for our losses.

Every CMS system i've used has teething errors at the start and it takes months for a company of our size to get to a point where it is running smoothly.

We mainly use CMS systems for dispatching orders from multiple sites in one place and integrating with couriers, CCP's courier rules and integrations have allowed us to do this efficiently with no issues.

We have now moved onto using alot more of their new features such as stock control, stock alerts, margin reports, purchase orders which all help to make our company more efficient.

Sarah & Mel in CS has been a great help through this process and we now feel we have a system we can fully rely on and move forward with to improve our growth.

Cloud are still improving daily and have a long way to go to catch up to the big CMS systems in terms of integrations, particularly with Ebay & Magento but for the price compared to the other systems it's a bargain!

We have been using Cloud Commerce for…

We have been using Cloud Commerce for about a year now and although we had a bit of a slow start (which is the only reason for not giving 5 stars), the system is now helping us to become much more efficient. It is a very complex system, which is definitely a positive, as it is very clever and developing all the time. We did under estimate the amount of resources needed to get up and running but now we are almost there, the time was definitely worth investing. The support we have received recently has been excellent. The support team have spent alot of time guiding us through using the system to despatch and helping sort out any issues we have with our data. What we have implemented so far has definitely benifited us as a business and we are continuing to use additional parts of the system all the time. Very happy customer :)

Cloud Commerce Pro has made our…

Cloud Commerce Pro has made our business operations much more efficient, freeing me up as a manager and making our dispatch process much easier and quicker. It has also been great to help us with stock control. We are not using the software for everything it can do, as it is very complicated and we have only been using the software a few months.
The process of getting on board took longer than I would have liked, and it was not as efficient as I would have liked either. There were a lot of delays as they adapted the system to suit our own company needs, and integrated with a new courier, and these problems took a while to solve.
They did solve the problems, however, and have made adaptations of the software for our company, showing it to be quite flexible. The support was pretty good, as in there was someone to talk to, and the shipping team was particularly helpful, 10/10 for service, but sometimes it felt like I had to keep nagging our manager for progress on certain things. Having said that, we had a dedicated project manager who I could go to with my issues and discuss it all with, and who helped us through everything, which was good. So it took a longer time than I would of liked, but they delivered what they said they would, and changed things that needed changing.
I would recommend the software to anyone who wants to improve their operations, stock control, dispatching and administration, and I think it is a winner in the long run, as I know we can use it for a lot more.

This is the first time I have ever used…

This is the first time I have ever used a management system and have been using it for over a year. It is extremely user friendly, with the added benefit of support at any point should any be required.

There are a variety of features within the Cloud system, which help with the day to day processes of dealing with orders and what a significant difference it has made in the day to day running, customers, sales channels, couriers updated and orders processed in seconds with using my barcode scanner, enabling me to focus on other areas of my business.

The support provided is outstanding, whether dealing with queries or helping and ensuring I maximise all the features Cloud can offer.
I definitely would recommend Cloud Commerce Pro to anyone who is looking for an integration system.

Extremely satisfied customer !!

When we started with Cloud Commerce Pro everything we did was manually done. In the morning we would print all packing slips from Ebay then fulfil the orders and log onto the website of the courier and enter each delivery address, size and weight then do the next. After that we then do the same for Amazon then our web shop orders.

Now Cloud Commerce Pro handles our dsspatching, purchase ordering, updating sales channels with stock and price changes, and the ability to see real time stock. Being honest every process is now quicker and some we no longer have to do. We used to have to keep a spreadsheet for our stock control and if one or two orders were missed would cause issues, not to mention keeping our sales channels up to date.

Now we can concentrate on other areas as our stock is automatically kept up to date and the sales channels are updated.

We have a good relationship with support, we know we can call and someone will answer. If the person we need is not available someone else will try to help or a message will be left and they will call us back.

I now value the folks at CCP an integral part of our own team and feel they are really helping us move the business forward.
