We have no hesitation in recommending Cloud Commerce Pro: the system itself is excellent and has exceeded our expectations.
The most important aspects for us when we were looking for an integrated system were the stock control and dispatch features which work wonderfully. There are however, a wealth of other very useful features like purchase ordering and supplier data to mention just a few.
We did look at other cheaper systems without dedicated account management support and are so glad we opted for CCP's system. As with any new system, getting used to how it works throws up a number of questions and issues but having a dedicated Account Manager made all the difference.
Some other systems work on a ticket basis but our Account Manager, Mark Johnson is just at the end of the phone whenever we have a question. Mark and the rest of the team have been a great support, efficient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and it is a pleasure working with him.
If you are looking to intergrate your selling channels, this is the system for you! We had been looking for a while to streamline our business and to be honest were a bit daunted by the the amount of companies out there and work involved but we need not have worried! CC Pro are a great company to work with, the support has been fantastic, from remote help, to our constant queries via telephone they have been so patient. The system has saved our warehouse stafff so much time and we are saving money by having correct stock levels at all times. Thoroughly recommend!

We have a shop front and an online presence selling from our two websites, eBay and Amazon.
As a company we have been looking for a while for a multichannel e commerce solution and to be honest was dreading the change, but CC Pro have been amazing.
From the initial sign up they have walked us through the whole process and it has certainly been a very steep learning curve as it is a complex system but the end result has saved our staff so much time! Managing stock levels and from ordering to despatch, this system has made life so much easier for all of us in the company.
We instantly know now if there is a stock issue and one of the great features is the pseudo stock. This means we never run out of stock on our online channels, meaning we do not miss out on any sales!

We have been using cloud commerce for about a couple of months now. I'd just like to day the support has been out of this word. No job is too big or too small for them to fix. Mostly dealt with Stuart in the shipping team and he's been amazing. In fact everyone in support w have dealt with has been incredibly helpful and they go above and beyond. It's been great to have their support.

we are online retailer selling more than 3000 skus on multiple channels, since 2016 we are using cloud commerce, and since than we never found a need to change or stop using this software.
It's very Relailable as cloud based never crash fast sync with channels and very good customer support.
It comes with all the main feature which any online business needs
one inventory many channels to sell on, orders at one place, stock sales reports, picklist, book with couriers with single click.
every day we print orders do booking with couriers, launch new items through cloud-commerce to amazon or ebay,
it has many features which are very easy to use and rather than logging in to many different sites to make updates you can do all at one place.
First we add Inventory to cloud and than launch an item to ebay, amazon, you can have multiple ebay and amazon accounts.
We Save our time on repeated tasks and spend that time on the things which generate more business.
I would highly recommend this software,

This site started well but turned into a nightmare for us. Multi channel systems are critical for Ecommerce companies and the wrong one is enough to bring your operation onto its knees. Staff were always friendly but there was very little responsibility taken for serious glitches. Often made to feel like it was something we were doing. It wasn't. I am glad we managed to leave before the full system collapses started.
We have been with CCP since mid 2016, since then we have slowly began utilising more of the features they have to offer. As an online business selling through a multitude of channels / platforms we find CCPs product mapping and inventory management system essential, saving hours of work a day. Their repricer also ensures we stay competitively priced within our markets, updating our prices based on customized rules.
CCPs team of web designers are also great, offering free development work and adjustments where most companies would look to charge at any given chance.
If you value customer service and attention to detail CCP is ideal for you.

We had been looking for multi e-commerce software for some time. The first thing that initially attracted us to cloud commerce was the fact they had a direct integration with XDP and GFS couriers which was a massive bonus, as every other system we looked at had very few courier integrations.
Before signing up to cloud commerce pro, we had several questions regarding the stock control and how it functioned, due to the complexity of the products we sell. They went above and beyond and even invited us down to their offices to discuss the system in greater detail to ensure that it would be a fit for our business.
The set-up process can take some time depending on the quality of your product data, however, Stefan from the data team was excellent and explained what needed to be done clearly and effectively, if I had any problems he was always willing to help!
After getting all our product data into the system, we began setting up our shipping rules. We have a very complex shipping set up, we use 5 different couriers, due to the wide range of product sizes we stock, but with the help of Stuart from the shipping team, the set up was a breeze and the rules worked perfectly.
When it came to going live, we were assigned Nick from the go-live team, we initially had a few issues with syncing our eBay account with the stock on the cloud commerce system, but this was sorted out very quickly and everything went smoothly thereafter.
In conclusion - I would 100% recommend cloud commerce pro - yes, there will most likely be a few issues along the way but in the long run, the cloud commerce system will benefit your business and give you a solid foundation to grow.
We have been with CCP for around 1 year now, so far so good, I will be honest and say there have been some rough patches with the system and website however these have all been sorted.
We currently run 4 businesses using CCP all of which have there own websites designed by CCP, we have definitely seen sales increase since being with them and it seems there websites are good at promoting our items on google, there now a lot easier to find!
All of the Team at CCP seem to be helpful and friendly, they will also give you online training from your office by taking over your computer, this helped me a lot when building the website stock.
Would recommend them to anyone, certainly better then magento websites and Linnworks back end!

The support provided by Mark Johnson has been very good. The system is working as expected and Cloud Commerce regularly touch base in order to check everything is okay. Admittedly I am not using the system at full capacity but for what I am using it for (Amazon/eBay inventory management) it certainly is working well.
Overall I recommend Cloud Commerce Pro.
We bought this system as our current provider could not handle our complex request.
Cloud Commerce handled this without any issue, even if we came across problems along the way (to be expected in it;s infancy or building a new system) we have always had a fast and consistent response from the teams at Cloud Commerce.
We recently moved to cloud commerce pro around a year ago with our website and amazon and ebay channels.
They are great at controlling our stock and the system is very easy to use. Training is provided throughout, not just at the start of implementation.
My only concern with CCP is that it can take a while for problems that arise to be fixed. The person you need is often busy and the little problems seem to take ages to be fixed or even forgotten about.
I have frequently spoken to Steven, who fixes problems/ changes on the website that we would like promptly and it always works better. Once you find the people that are reliable, the problems do get fixed. I'm not sure whether CCP are short staffed, but the only issue is the customer service/ support is slightly lacking.
Despite the issues taking a while to be fixed, everyone at CCP is happy to help when you call. The system is easy to use for small companies and new starters and they made it easy for us to migrate from our old site. Overall, I would recommend Cloud Commerce Pro to small companies as the dispatch/ listing of products is much simpler to use than others we have trialled/ tested.
We had been looking for an e-commerce integration platform for some time.
We approached several companies before finding CCP and each platform fell short for one reason or another.
At the time CCP were the only company that ticked every box.
Although it is a steep learning curve, we have found this system has changed the way we operate, it has saved us so much time, it has made our day to day operation so much smoother. I do not think anyone working for me would want to resort back to our old operating system.
You will initially come across issues every day, ironing out glitches and anomalies within your own stock (not really a CCP issue), you will need advice on all the different aspects of the system and the team at CCP are always there to help and advice. Sometimes no one can take your call (not very often) but they will always get back to you. The biggest issues are always treated with an urgency that the situation deserves, smaller issues will be dealt with in a more timely manner, but all issues get resolved, all questions answered.
CCP listen to what you want from the system and take on board advice on how to improve it, not just for you but to benefit of every user, it's an evolving system.
We probably only use half of the systems capabilities at the minute, but as each new department is understood and implemented we look to add something else from the system which will improve how our business operates.
There is only one aspect of this system that does not make it a 100% fit for our business, this issue is now in development after CCP listened to our feedback.
CCP is a company that understands each individual client, I have received a very personal service and after visiting their offices for a training session I can see they are a very progressive operation which gives me confidence in the system continually evolving to an ever changing market.
A deserved recommendation to anyone considering to use Cloud Commerce Pro.

Overall, I must say, Cloud Commerce Pro are a very smart company in what they have created here.
We have been using them for over a year to set up a very detailed and complex project integrating numerous channels including a brand-new website, which would be unimaginably difficult to manage without one whole integration.
At times when there is an issue with the system after contacting them to explain the problem they have been very helpful and proactive to rectify the issue. In addition, they always take on board your suggestions for future development to aid yourself and other businesses as well.
Over the year they have set up several supplier, stock and product feeds and integrated all of our amazon and eBay channels as well as a new website, whilst setting up and training us at the same time on pseudo stocks and how to manage our inventory better across the different channels.
Our inventory consists of over 45,000 products, which is a huge amount for anyone to manage, yet we had great service throughout and plenty of support, which has led us to being a lot more organised. You can imagine how difficult it would be to manage an inventory that large on your own without a software which simplifies everything for you!
From the beginning we had a brilliant Project Manager who was extremely helpful and would answer all our questions whilst giving us training in areas we needed. If ever she was unavailable she would let us know in advance and give us an alternative contact for that period of time, very well organised and great to work with! At times where we would have specialist queries she would immediately find out and return with an update or an answer to our question.
From the negative reviews I can see that the problem most people are having is relating back to simply not being trained and aware of all the functions that Cloud Commerce Pro have to offer. It is a very detailed and complex system made simple for the end user (us). With this being said, you simply need to ask them for training in that particular area you are not familiar with or do not understand. They will stay on the phone with you and screen share to show you exactly what you need to do for as long as it takes until you are comfortable.
It is very difficult to find a company who offer so many services and are always on hand to assist you.
I would highly recommend working with Cloud Commerce Pro. With a click of a button we can print all our order labels and invoices from multiple online sales channels. They have made it a lot easier and saved us a lot of time!
We were looking for a system that was able to help keep track of sales and stock over our many sales channels including magento. Cloud Commerce Pro was the ideal solution, offering a great service at an affordable price. During the course of the set up, and working with our fantastic project manager Helen, we were able to integrate all our products over our sales channels. Now when an order comes in, we instantly know if there is a stock issue, and are able to do all the paperwork and print mailing label with one click of the mouse. One of the many features we found useful is the pseudo stock. Now we never run out of stock on our online channels, meaning we do not miss out on orders. Should we have an issue, we only have to contact support, and they work with us until the solution is found. Since using Cloud Commerce Pro it is like having another member of staff. We highly recommend using Cloud Commerce Pro.
Having previously used Brightpearl as an eCommerce solution and being stung by the fact it was unable to cope with our then small 10,000 line inventory we took a considerable amount of time to research another and better solution as we had an even larger amount of lines (240,000!!)
We were allocated a project manager (Helen) who was fantastic and helped us through the integration part to ensure that all our requirements and needs were met as our business model was quite complicated! This included
· 2 x Live Supplier feeds
· Amazon Account integration
· Drop shipment feature (for multiple suppliers)
· Supplier ordering
· Pseudo stock feature to enable an always in stock quantity
· Multichannel FBA support across multiple EU countries
· Trade accounts for our own Trade customers
· Accounts integration to ensure seamless reporting and accounts
· Data sortment of over 240,000 products
· On hand support team
· Amazing project management! - Support and training (and even more training where necessary!) is always on hand!
For us, we needed an all-round system which included accounts integration. This meant us going to a new accounts package which is supported with Cloud Commerce Pro, but once again we have been fully supported not only with the CCP system but also with our Quickbooks integration! Gina and Nicole have been absolutely awesome (And very patient) in assisting us through the process, and again nothing is too much trouble!
As with any system there have been highs and lows, but mainly its been down to knowledge and training! We have also changed the way we work slightly which has also been beneficial and with a little patience and time the system works fantastically for us!
We have even suggested some features that would be extremely useful and to our surprise 3 or 4 of our ideas have been taken on board and the feature rolled out to all users!!
Overall this is a progressive company who listens to its customers. Features and changes are being added all the time which means the systems improving all the time. No system is ever going to be 100% exactly perfect but this is as near as considering the features, support and integration to help it come up to expectations. As with any new system I would highly recommend their Free support sessions which they can tailor to your requirements, we found doing it in small chunks so we had an understanding of each area/feature before we moved on to the next.
This is a really in-depth system thats well worth the money. Its saved us time and has improved the efficiency of our business which has the knock-on effect of giving us happy customers too!

Excellent product and first class service from Cloud Commerce Pro. The software has revolutionised our dispatch system, which has created valuable time to concentrate on other growth areas of the business.
There were a few gremlins at first, which is to be expected with a new system, but the support team were excellent. The key is to stick with it and embrace the system and its benefits, and realise the potential. Would highly recommend.
