I do not write reviews very often, but I will give you my unbiased, honest view of my experience with CloudCommercePro (CCP).
Canine Concepts Ltd's experience with CCP has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride to be honest. As like others on this review platform I was sceptical about the up front cost (specially after reading a negative review from an existing/previous customer) and also the fact that the monthly fee started immediately rather than when the system went live. There have been times when I have been impressed with CCP and other times that I thought of leaving to find a different merchandising system out there that would be more suitable for my requirements. The thing that swayed me in the end was not something that they had to say, but rather a comment from a user on a forum using a different system entirely. He stated something along the lines of: "There are many merchandising systems out there which each have their own offering. Each with it's own strengths and weaknesses. Neither of which will be able to do everything you need it to do. So pick the one that comes closest to what you need and try and work with it". I took this on board and chose to work with CCP. And believe me, it is work, it is a complex system and is not just a simple plug and play merchandising system.
As with most other businesses out there you have to remember that you are ultimately working with people. And as you and I, they have their strengths and weaknesses too. The key is to try and identify these in the people you are working with within the company and to know which person to contact for the particular problem you are experiencing. It is also wise to keep in mind that not all problems can be solved immediately and that some perspective on your own part as the customer is sometimes a good thing.
With that said, I believe after circa 6 months of working with CCP I am now for the last 2 months at last confident that we are moving in the right direction and that most of the setup issues and very steep learning curve is coming to an end. Although, saying that, there are many of the systems more advanced features we are not using... yet. On the days that the system works, it is a wonderful experience, and it does what it is meant to do: It helps you run your business more effectively and saves you time during your day.
Unfortunately things do not always go smoothly and then when it does go wrong, you will very likely not be able to solve it without assistance from CCP. Therefore you need to get on the phone and contact support. Now I can understand why those out there with less patience that I can become frustrated at this point. Here lies what I believe to be one of the biggest weaknesses of CCP - the team's general ability to communicate. On the rare occasion the phone does go unanswered, or often the person you are trying to speak to is busy. But that being said, when someone does start dealing with your query, the most serious issues usually get dealt with (and generally resolved) promptly. Other less serious issues which do not hinder you from using the system might go onto a backlog and could perhaps even be forgotten as the team deal with more pertinent issues. I will give the staff credit here. Although I am usually a reasonable person, I have on occasion been very impatient and even raised my voice to the point of being downright rude when something extremely important to me needed urgent attention and wasn't being addressed as quickly as I would expect to be reasonable. Even through all of this the staff have always remained patient and friendly.
In conclusion I would like to say that even with the issues I experienced over the last few months, I still believe CCP to be a good system with good people working there. Running a business is not always simple, and it is how we deal with these challenges that define us and our businesses. There is a lot to the CCP system in general and this makes it difficult to work with in the beginning, but I will be sticking with it for the foreseeable future as I believe I can work with the team on any issues that may arise.

going through the process of getting everything running as intended after having lost a fair amount of time , the cloud commerce team seems to be very proactive in helping me through all the steps
When we all decide to do things new,there are always glitches,but when i read reviews from other customers,i find it hard to believe they state NO SUPPORT,i have found it has been amazing,we changed from volocommercepro,old esllerpro,and never looked back,At first like all new projects some things work and some do not,but we have sometimes rang them 6 times in a day to ask questions and always there helped in every way,i could name just a few,Mel,Len,Sarah,Nick etc etc,so when i see a review there was NO SUPPORT i find that hard to believe.the system is made to what you require for your business,like us we sell on ebay amazon etc,so when we asked the question can this be easy to set up and change over,we where taken through how the system worked and what they do like in full.We took the plunge and yes like all new systems,you are always worried about change.But once changed over there was glitches,but soon sorted by the team always on hand,we did not lose any sales and most glitches where small.The plus side for us is the savings as the old system charged us a percentage of sales so if you kicked on you paid more,but the new system is one set price,so extra charges for doing better.saves us about £500 a month,massive savings,i would recommend this system to any one..
The only thing i could think of improving is the back up,at weekends etc,as we are a internet business and like all business on the net it is 24 hours a day 7 days a week,but if there was a bit of cover during weekends it sort out any problems before we print off monday morning at 6am,but if a problem,we can not start work until fixed and office support is from 9.30am
The support from this company has been fantastic,and if it was not for the support on the phones etc,we would never have changed over so easy,the old company,we would have to put a ticket in and wait,not knowing how long and some tickets where not answered or sorted for a week or so,and no body to talk too, to reassure you it is been sorted.Cloudcommerce has been great in always,once we phoned someone took control and passed it on or sorted it themselves,by talking you through it or even connecting up to your computer and guiding you through it..I would recommend this company to anyone who have lots of sale each day,the system is perfect for high volumes..
Terrible experience and £1350 worse off with no useable product. Avoid this company at all costs.
In our initial meeting with Cloud Commerce Pro we were told the system would take 6-8 weeks to become active. 6 months later we still had nothing usable.
We negotiated paying 50% of the setup fee in advance and 50% on completion. Amazon and ebay integration were setup quickly but ebay constantly showed errors with the paypal integration.
Trying to speak to the project manager was nearly impossible. If you missed a call from him you had to wait 2 or 3 days to get to speak to him again. I complained about this and requested that if we couldn't speak on the phone then could we communicate via email to speed things up, a request that was ignored.
Cloud commerce also want to charge you a subscription each month even before you have a working system. I refused to pay this as I didn't see why I had to pay for a system that wasn't working and I was also paying for my current provider so effectively I’d be paying double. After issuing a chargeback on our credit card for the deposit CCP agreed not to charge us the subscription until the project was up and running.
The system itself (what we had of it) was over complicated and even the simplest of functions were either tricky or non-existent. For example there is no function to add out of stock items from orders to a supplier purchase order. Also items that are a composition of other items (bundles/packages) are incredibly time consuming to setup.
The CCP system also seems to have been created more for clothing retailers. When setting up products we had to deal 'seasons' and 'ranges' which are totally irrelevant and unnecessary when selling electronics (as we do).
The biggest problem seemed to be integrating our website into CCP, with our previous (and still current) provider this took 2 or 3 days. With CCP we had meeting after meeting, I scaled back features to make it as simple as possible so we just had orders coming into the system so I could see the way the system would work, I even said I didn’t need it to be perfect, I was happy to have errors that we would sort out as we went along. I just wanted to see how it worked. Sadly I never did as I got tired of waiting and loss complete faith in this company.
I tried to contact the MD on several occasions as I was unhappy with the way things were progressing. I never received any response back via phone or email.
We are now seeking legal advice to reclaim our deposit.

We've used this company for many years for our website and its always been easy to deal with. A recent update has given us a much simpler, easier website that has all the information we need to give out. If there are any problems our contact is straight on the phone (response to emails is just as swift). Our ability to access and amend the website is simple too and can be done anytime. They are good to deal with and try to get you the best deal for what you want.
Cloud commerce pro have made a real difference to my business with their seamless connection to my Amazon account and website. It is has really helped with my order fulfillment and being able to handle more orders. Any issues we had were quickly fixed by our project team who often went out of their way and even supported us out of normal hours.
Many pro's i could mention, my only grip is with some features i would have ideally liked specific tp our business but a work around was put in place.
Great platform that will cover most if not all your needs.
Just getting to grips with Cloud Commerce Pro - we installed it a couple of months ago. Finding the system very easy to navigate and has lots of functionality and it seems pretty robust (we've had no down time as yet).
Support is good - there is always someone at the end of the phone to speak to and the help documentation is comprehensive.
I'm finding staff training much easier as the system is fairly intuitive.
We are also using the epos system which is ok - there is some functionality which I would like to see - however Cloud Commerce seem pretty receptive when this is fed back to them - so I am hopeful that these niggles will be addressed in the future.
What I would say is don't underestimate the time needed to go live - we failed to allocate enough resource so it did drag on, and spend time getting your data right at the beginning.
All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cloud Commerce - and am looking forward to really utilising the system to its full capacity.
I run a small bedding and textile company and was really struggling with stock control as we sell on multiple sales channels, after a lot of research and reading scary reviews we finally decided to Sign up with Cloud Commerce Pro late last year, they came out to us to look at what we were doing and how their system would work for us which was brilliant. for customer service I can not fault them at all, we were allocated an account manager during the set up process who helped us right through to going live with the system. We are still currently learning all the different things the system can do for us but have to say its very simple to use once you have had a few days on it. Every time we call the support team they are quick to help out and always get back to you either the same or next day if unavailable. I would defiantly recommend CCP to any business large or small who is looking for this type of system.
As our small family business grew, we'd been searching for a while for an affordable inventory management/repricer system, without any luck. We'd been using a lot of different programmes from all over the place for all different purposes, all working together, which was complicated at best. Inventory management companies we were looking at, tended to ask for information on products that we simply did not have time to collate. It was beginning to get frustrating. We stumbled across CCP and we're happy we did. They seem to have taken all the stress out of it for us, and built us a working system that we're more than happy with.
Starting with the positives:
The system is easy to navigate, user friendly, and has a lot of customisable features that'll suit most ways of doing things. We use label/invoices to then pick the items, rather than a pick list, and CCP easily copes with that, as well as offering the pick list option if needed in the future.
For someone a little less computer literate, it took a little time to explain the features, but he's now using it daily without any issues and thinks it's great.
We like how easy it is to restock and to automatically create orders every time stock reaches a certain level to send to our suppliers and to easily then scan to check stock in, once it arrives, rather than sitting checking it in manually and individually.
We like how simple it is to manage stock across our channels, and as a result we'll be looking to expand to other channels in the near future too.
Customisable invoices are excellent and easy to manage yourself.
CCP also kindly offered to build our website for us, which is in developmental stage at the moment and looks fantastic.
Service wise, they're great. We've had visits from CCP representatives to talk us through any issues we might have, and they're always at the end of the phone willing to help.
They sorted out our postage details, and (I confess i've been slow with this), they're sorting out our repricing structure for us once I've got the information over to them for that. Fantastic service.
Product importing and mapping is simple, straight forward, and easy to use.
The ability to flag suspicious buyers is a great feature too. And the reports section gives us insights into our sales - like how quickly we're likely to run out of a product based on its previous sales - that we've not had the chance to look at in depth before, and can now analyse.
Now for the negatives!
I feel they could improve on learning the exact requirements of each customer prior to going to live with a new build. We had very specific issues and requirements, that don't seem to have been understood, and I was concerned by how fast we were moving with CCP without first learning each area of our prior set-up that might cause problems when moving over, and it did cause problems. We were initially told it'd take 6-8 weeks to build and go live, which was great for us, because we had a pretty complicated set up to then migrate over. But then were told it was ready to go live within about a week, which seemed far too fast and ended up causing us a lot of stressful days and nights trying to put things right. But once highlighted, CCP dealt with the issues swift, and now we're on the right track again. It was a teething issue but one that I'd hope they'll learn from and deal with in the future.
The 'refund' option on an order, doesn't actually refund via Amazon or PayPal. It simply records it as refunded on CCP without passing that on to the channels. That was an issue that got us muddled up for a while, and I'd say that CCP should perhaps make it clear on the refund section that it doesn't pass that information on to the channels.
Again, teething problems that once sorted, were quickly forgotten, and all in all we feel that CCP delivered on their promise.
Other than those two issues, we think it's great. Plenty of scope for us to grow and we'll be sticking with CCP for the foreseeable future. I would gladly recommend them to others looking for what we were looking for.

We have used Cloud Commerce Pro for over a year and although the implementation took a lot longer than initially expected/agreed, I cannot complain about the final custom built platform they have provided!! Cloud Commerce Pro listened to our business needs and built a solution around operational 'bottlenecks'.
When first approached by Cloud Commerce Pro, we were a little dubious about the low monthly pricing when compared to other platforms which we had and were using.... We are definitely not regretting moving to them! They offer exactly the same functionality as others within the marketplace with the added extra of any custom built additions to suit any business.
Cloud Commerce Pro have grown since I have been with them and although they have had a few 'growing pains' along the way, these haven't been felt by us. They have maintained an excellent customer service and you can pick the phone up and talk to any of the team whenever you have a query, what more do you want?!
Definitely recommend this platform to anybody
We have been with Cloud Commerce now for over two years and although the journey has been a little rocky at times and it took quite sometime to get the live system running we have no regrets in sticking with them for the finished article.
What is important when you allow your business to rely on another Company is the way they react to any issues that may arise and that is where Cloud Commerce have excelled.
The system is innovative and constantly evolving and it gives us a user friendly stock management and order system that far exceeds any other that we have used.
Would recommend to anybody.

The stock integration system works perfectly, proving to be super effective while managing stock in several sales channels. It's a time saver!
We can see CCP is continuously improving, the software is efficient and the developers and constantly working on new changes to make it better and easier for the customer.
We also designed a website with CCP/Woocommerce, their response to issues and problems could be faster.
The software support team is helpful and friendly, working together to assess problems and find quick solutions.

Cloud Commerce is a fantastic company to deal with, I had previously had many different software solutions to try and help run our online business. When Cloud Commerce came out to me and shown me what they could do, I thought it was a little too good to be true and I thought for what they offered it would be a fortune, but I was completely wrong! In-fact it was the best priced solution out there - not only that they always listen to me when I suggest different things that would make things easier for me, and they do it! They always welcome new ideas, nothings ever a problem for them! If your thinking of using CCP then you really should do, they have saved me so much time, money and effort and allowed me to concentrate on other parts of the business.
We needed a great deal of flexibility from our Ecommerce sales platform and had a fixed idea of what we needed to achieve. Cloud Commerce Pro gave us exactly what we wanted, a full front to backend system including stock scanning and management with compatible integration and stable base. We had tried other system providers but found them to be expensive and they could not deliver seamless multichannel integration for existing sellers with large numbers of products.
The Cloud Commerce Pro software integration was transparent, defined and with no surprises. The busy team were easily accessible throughout the whole integration process to answer our questions and help where needed. We were able to automate 95% of our manual systems and brought UK and international Amazon and eBay platforms including our own platform under the one consolidated umbrella. Wow, what a change!
Greater stock control and accuracy increased turnover significantly without increasing our staff base. We also saw immediate improvements in stock picking, processing and dispatch speed and accuracy. What’s not to like!

Cloud Commerce Pro is a system we migrated across to from another well-known software supplier. It integrates seamlessly the monotonous every-day basic chores when running an e-commerce business as we do. With simple integration into eBay, Amazon and our own e-commerce website, we have effectively reduced time and money spent on a daily basis.
Many features within the system have been designed to increase sales and reduce time spent. Simple included features like a price repricing tool ensure top listings without the additional spend on extra software.
Upon installation and set up of our integration, our project manager ensured we understood each step of the way and set up system in a bespoke way to suit our use. When we had questions or issues which we did not understand, they were only a phone call away and resolved issues pretty much straight away. Additionally, they are responsive to suggestions and appear to strive to add features to suit every need of today's small and not so small businesses.
All in all, we have no regrets on migrating across to Cloud Commerce Pro, we have still yet to unlock it's true potential as we are on a constant learning curve. The support from them is as good as you can expect and even out of hours, online information helps us along the way.
