Best buy, best brand.
I am so pleased to have another cloud nine, I really missed having straighteners by cloud nine. My previous other brand straightener was just not performing well and couldn't get the heat I needed. When I got my new cloud nine, I initially thought they were too light, therefore not made well, but I quickly came to appreciate how that lightness was perfect for me to manage my hair and the quality was as good as it always has been. I also purchased the hairdryer which is light, powerful and very stylish. If I have one criticism of the hairdryer, it would be the position of the control buttons. Overall I highly recommend cloud nine products and I won't be buying any other brand again.

Wide Iron - Replacement device
My Midnight Collection Wide Iron unfortunately stopped working, but within two weeks of submitting a return request I received a replacement straightener—which was an upgrade on my previous one. The whole process was quick and easy. Thanks, Cloud Nine team!

Was sent a replacement as my previous straighteners stopped working. Service was excellent and my replacement is the latest Cloud 9 revive straighteners- which are fantastic. Highly recommend if people are thinking about upgrading to do so. Love them and the service.

Great result
I had heard so much about your hair straightener that I decided to try it for myself. Safe to say that I wasn't disappointed, very stylish, compact and easy to use creating a straight silky look. It arrived in a beautiful strong case with all the trimmings i.e brush, oil and mat. I would happily recommend this product.
