Not happy. It seemed that after initial contact there was no willing to actually help us with our re-mortgage. I was told that our mortgage would be monitored in the months leading up to the expiry so that they could monitor the rates and try to secure the best rates. Despite calls and emails I didn't hear anything back from them and so ended up having to fix again with our existing lender last minute.

Initial contact was good, after that, nothing so I wouldn't recommend.

Lucy Franklin is quite simply outstanding, she and her team have worked relentlessly to get our mortgage offer in place. Lucy is incredibly professional and never gave up on us, and because of her we now have our dream home. Worth every penny! Thank you Lucy!

Complete joke of a company. Been ghosted by Frankie and Leanne. Refused to respond to any of my queries. Avoid!

Once they had my fee ….. it was a complete sh@t show. I lost my first property as they took so long to sort out the offer. No communication ignored messages ignored emails. Blaming each other for problems wouldn’t provide manager details. Wrong address on letters wrong name on letters. Wrong mortgage amounts just a complete farce from the get go. 3 months to receive an offer!!! You decide if you want to deal with these clowns. 🤡 never again. Steer well clear !!

After being told by l&c I could not get a mortgage and to return in 6 months Cls money sorted me a mortgage within days. I was really sceptical at first but it just proves you get what you pay for, Cls aren’t the cheapest but made getting a mortgage a breeze. Had a mortgage offer within a week of signing up. The whole team were fantastic from Charlie who initially got me the mortgage, Freya who saw me through to completion and Sophie in the insurance team. They instructed the solicitor, sorted the insurance, done all of the chasing so I didn’t have to. Wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend again

I have used many brokers in the past but have found CLS and Lucy F in particular the best! Lucy was clear in explaining the process and was supportive throughout. She even worked late in the evening to deal with my mithering and offered options and possible solutions to our situation - I would highly recommend!

I would avoid this firm, initial experience started off ok, got an initial offer and then once I was in a position to move forward the broker was never available, rang several times and left messages with reception over multiple days, would get responses that he would call back via email and never did, got frustrated and spoke with reception to get me another broker within the firm to continue with my application and again they just never got back. Blessing in disguise really, because if this is how they handle things I wouldnt trust them to be reliable further down the line

CLS well Lauren absolute knows her stuff and tailored a mortgage to suit my needs, I first got in touch with CLS on the 7th Nov and the beginning of February, I got the keys to my new home! With a good deal that suited my budget Very impressed!!

I used the CLS guys for a recent Car purchase, their car lease finance knowledge is top notch. Really helpful and friendly.

Fantastic to deal with. Lauren was an absolute star! we had a relatively easy case, the only issue was our age but Lauren secured us with a really good deal that suited our budget and the offer came through within a week of the application. Very impressed. Can't wait to move into our dream home!

I found those that I dealt with, both via phone and online, to be very helpful.

This was a re-mortgage and I honestly wonder had it not been for the help of the team at CLS Money whether I would have been forced to sell my home and rent, despite having lived here 23 years and never experiencing an issue making so much as a single mortgage payment.

I was told I couldn’t get a mortgage by 2 other advisors, and the one who said they could told me the rate was 11.74%.
So I searched online and found CLS who were superb. They managed to get me a rate of 6.59% which saved me over £800 per month.
They do charge a fee buts you pay for what you get.

Can't thank them enough. Everyone was so helpful. I received weekly updates about progress and when we needed our mortgage offer extended they went above and beyond and managed to negotiate a longer extension allowing us to secure out home.

My experience with CLS was seamless from start to end. With adverse credit, I was nervous entering the property market with poor credit history created by a previous partner. I was treated friendly, fair and the process was so quick and the customer service was so professional. Thank you! Highly recommend!

They ask you to pay for a mortgage in principal which you absolutely do not have to do. I received quotes from 2 mortgage brokers, CLS being one of them. When CLS couldn’t find the best offer, they began to send me email say that the other mortgage broker was lieing about the rates they couldn’t get us and that they had the best offer. It was a very transparent attempt to ‘close a sale’ which made me feel very uncomfortable. I can confirm that the mortgage broker that did get us a good rate, wasn’t lieing.

Terrible spent 45 mins on the phone to them on a Saturday taking my information... said that's fine will hand it over to someone else then I will get a call back a few days later in the morning as I had work... been nearly a week no call.. cant get hold of them and even messaged on their app... they either don't like a bit of a challenging case or just lazy.. shocking service... would avoid

I’m sure they are a fraudulent company. Said my Mums mortgage was accepted back in May 2023. Requested shed loads of documents and paperwork (I have two mortgages and have NEVER been asked for so many things). We provided everything and then they’d ask for something else…

This went on for MONTHS. Constantly asking for new documents. I complained multiple times and was constantly told be Frankie and/or Sian that they were doing everything possible to secure my mums mortgage.

Finally in November 2023 they said they’ve secured a new lender, they sent someone from ‘Santander’ to value the property… then we NEVER heard back from them. I have sent numerous emails with no response.

They took my 60 year old mothers money and caused he so much stress. She has now lost out on buying her first home as it needed to be completed by 15th January 2024 and we still have no mortgage.

Absolutely fuming.
