Contacted CM Wheels over their eBay shop, got instant response from Jim. Friendly, fast, overall very good shop experience.
Productwise, I bought replica wheels that are, well, replica by all means. There again, product as advertised and very good prices.

Was sold damaged wheels the promise of them being “new”. Lacquer was peeling, diamond cut was scuffed upon the unboxing and one of the wheels bent already, wheel balancing specialist balanced the bent wheel 3 times, no avail.

I contacted upon discovery and was greeted with a barrage of rude and cheeky replies from Liam Donnelly who tried to imply my car had suspension issues when the previous OEM wheels and my BBS CH wheels had no issues when driving but CM Wheels did.. now you tell me if its suspension or wheels that’s wrong. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know what’s wrong. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Then Liam suggested I didn’t use the spigot rings when I reassured him I had done. That’s £600 lost with not even so much as an apology for my experience.

If you have issues with your purchase, please don’t bother with contacting these buffoons. Take them to court instead. Dodgy people.

How does a company with over 16 thousand followers only get like 20/30 likes on each post? Something fishy going on there.

Quality looks decent so far. Yet to fit but I’m sure they’ll look great.

Second set of wheels i’ve purchased. 1st some bmw m359s lasted longer than oem and looked great! Just bought a set of C63 507s, came rapid in the post, well packaged. Cant fault the quality and service.

Half of the products they have on their site they don’t have in stock, poor service so far what a great start.

Bought a set of 20inch alloys for a bmw, wheels look great cant lie about that but unfortunately thats all they are good for! Very cheap quality and haven't even lasted a few months with barely any miles on the car. Should have read the reviews and saved myself the money. Extremely poor quality do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything from here its cheap for a reason!

The car originally had a set of alloys from this company that were fine, but after an accident needed to replace a singular alloy.

Was forced to buy an entire new set, as they do not sell them individually or even in pairs.

It was the 666M BMW style alloys from CMWheels that were on the car originally, and had genuine OEM centre caps fitted, and I must say now, that these centre caps fit the alloys perfectly with no issues.

Bought an identical set from CMWheels directly through their website, and they were shipped out with mirrored centre caps, which is fine as I was planning to swap out the centre caps from the original alloys and into the newly bought set,

Or so I thought i was going to, until I realised that the design/manufacturing of these new alloys hadn’t been made to accommodate OEM, or even replica BMW centre caps.

Upon attempting to fit the caps from the old set of alloys onto the new ones, I found out that the new alloys centre cap diameter is significantly smaller than the previous set of alloys, so now I’m left with two options-

either leave the awful looking chrome mirrored centre caps in the alloys, (as they seem to be the only centre caps that fit these alloys) or attempt to hunt down some BMW centre caps that fit, as anyone who owns a BMW would want.

I’ve already spent hours looking for BMW centre caps that would fit, and the only ones I’ve managed to find as of yet ship from America with a hefty price tag and importation/shipping fee. That’s assuming they would fit, and I would only be able to find that out after paying the aforementioned sums. (Currently the only reason these are even being considered is that they look similar in fitment, no other indicators they would even fit)

Not happy, no idea why these are different to the last set, massive inconvenience, won’t be buying another set of alloys from them in the future as there seems to be no consistency with the manufacturing.

Would love a response from CMWheels to answer this, so if you have a good explanation for this, then I’d love to hear it.

Ordered a second set from these guys and as just like last time, ordered and delivery within a few dates. Installed on the car and perfect. Chers

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a set of diamond cut wheels which started to corrode within 6 months and now needs a full refurbishment which will cost close to the purchase price of the wheels.
Cm are no help at all and blamed me for cleaning them wrong!!
These are cheap Chinese rubbish with the thinnest coat or lacquer possible that dissolves within weeks. A set of £600 wheels is now costing over £1000 with the refurbishment cost included. AVOID.

Received parcel of 4 x alloys. Boxes were a bit torn etc so as per reviews, I signed as received damaged packaging. Unpacked and found 2 alloys had little scuffs on and black paint chipped. Emailed cm wheels with pictures and received no reply whatsoever. 4 weeks now with no reply so had them put right at another cost to myself. My advice to people who consider buying from here, then don’t as they don’t do customer service if you receive alloys damaged.

Recently purchased some wheels and waited for delivery as normal. Delivery of a pair came and had to enquire about the other two wheels. Got told that the courier they use has commonly had issues like this before which is poor. I don’t understand why they don’t use a more organised company if thats the case but fair enough. Had to phone the courier company afterwards to get an estimated time for delivery (waited for 15-20 mins just to get on the phone with the staff) to which they were not sure whether it would be a day or two, so I couldn’t plan properly for receiving the shipment.

Fast forward, wheels finally came and the quality is really not great. Car feels far heavier and I’m positive with the right amount of pot holes they will buckle or crack in a few months let alone a year regardless of my efforts to swerve them. Manufacturing is not of a high enough standard. I was warned about the laqour on the website prior to purchasing which is fair enough but even that won’t last a few months after washes, regardless of whether I watch what chemicals I use. I’ve seen quality like this before. However, to end on a good note the service is decent..just poor quality alloys and courier choice.

I bought a set of 4 x 18 inch Dallas Style wheels 11 months ago for my daughters VW Golf and one of them has cracked twice in two different places. I understand accidents can happen but I would expect an alloy wheel to be a bit more sturdy.
The wheels are no longer in stock which means I will have to purchase four new wheels unfortunately.

The wheels are not genuine and have the thinnest coat of lacquer on them, after about 11 months my diamond cut wheels had corrosion all over them. Now I do clean my vehicle my self and use top products, also the vehicle is garaged at night and never left on the road. Their excuse was it's Stone chips.

Purchased a set of wheels in January and had issues with them. I contacted Liam with the and he gave me plenty of choices to resolve the issue. Although I wasn’t happy with the wheels but I was happy with the customer services to get the issue resolved .
