I had originally placed an order for my mom for Mother’s Day and when it arrived, it looked like either a porch pirate had gotten into it or the delivery person had taken some “liberties”, either way…the jewelry was gone and my mom was left with an empty box 😢
I immediately reached out to customer service to ask what I could do and I ended up speaking with Sarah who responded with, we will replace the piece and expedite it to your mom! I was NOT expecting that! This company went above and beyond to make sure the order was satisfied and I couldn’t be more please or impressed. The piece arrived and was beautiful! Thank you!!

The bracelet I received is nothing like the pictures . Cheap and ugly . I should’ve known better !

My order was sent out quickly and delivery was sooner than I thought it would be. A few weeks later I had an issue and the customer service I received was outstanding. They responded quickly and were able to resolve my problem, then even checked all was ok afterwards. I love the bracelet I brought and was very grateful for such good customer service too - would definitely recommend!

The bracelet is beautiful. Love the colors. I just wish they sent a card setting out what each bead color meant (ie tiger eye = courage & power)

I received my lotus ring in the mail to find out it was just a hair too big. It was beautiful, but falling off my finger. The customer service of this place is incredible! They responded to my inquiry on an exchange within 24 hours and are sending me a size smaller. I will definitely be purchasing more items from this place!

I ordered a bracket 4.27.2026. I never received confirmation email but was charged. I emailed company because they have no phone number. Sarah responded saying they just linked my email to my order and she never sent a confirmation email again. I emailed her back no response. 4.28.2026 I emailed her again but no response. 4.29.2026 I emailed her again and still no response. I also have no confirmation email about my order but I do have a charge out my account. So I emailed the company this morning and still nothing. Legit companies will uphold their image and respond and send out confirmations and not just take your money. I have disputed this company. Please don’t order and waste your time on a fraudulent company and go through the same process as I’m going through. Yes they say they have these cute items but they really someone behind a screen taking peoples money off of fake items they do not actually have.

Have not received bracelet

I’m very happy with my purchase! The first ring I ordered was a bit too big, but the company was extremely helpful and quickly sent me the right size. The new one fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Great quality and excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

So I stumbled across this jewelry by accident, just doom scrolling, and I saw it. I hadn't even started to think about what to get my mom for mother's day, but when I saw the rings, I knew. That was her gift. I excitedly texted my mom asking for her ring size, then realized. I can't just get me one daughter ring, so I ordered my sister one too. I was really iffy at first, but lemme tell y'all, don't be! I got our rings in the mail. They are absolutely beautiful! The website doesn't give them justice! Their customer service is exceptional too! I accidentally ordered the wrong size for myself and they were more than happy to help get my correct size to me.
The couple of downfalls- one was that I couldn't automatically send my mom and sister their rings, I had to mail them all to myself, now I'm having to figure out how to mail them their rings since I'm 9hrs from home at st jude and I'm not sure when my son is done with treatment so I cant just wait til I see em again. Also, there needs to be different options on what the daughter rings say that way you can pick different things. So if you have multiple daughters/sisters, they all aren't saying the same thing.

Other than those teeny tiny ideas, the rest has been beyond amazing! If I could give them something higher than a 5 I definitely would!
