If I could give them zero I would. I am still trying to get an address from them to return an item to them. I ordered an 18, I got an item no larger than a 12 with the size label cut out. I've been offered £4, 20% and 50% refund with me keeping the item which is of no use to me. I've been weeks dealing with them with in excess of 10 emails just for a £28 refund. As requested Ive had to send photos showing the tiny measurements of the item.The whole experience has been shocking and exhausting. I've raised the issue with PayPal so waiting to see what comes

Scam- wish I’d checked reviews like others say before sucked into an insta ad. Bought shapewear- £15 that’s not what arrived. I’d have got better quality spending £2 at primark. They also overcharged me thinking I wouldn’t notice. They won’t accept its not what I ordered and keeping saying sorry. Tracking looks scammy too. Awful feel bad for those that spent more x

Ordered on 6th May and money was taken on the same day. After emailing 3 times to ask when my order would be fulfilled I received no responses. Luckily I paid through my credit card and received a full refund after 4 weeks but absolutely no product, no response and if I hadn’t done anything would have been out of pocket and gotten nothing! AVOID - this is the worst company ever!

Not even worth one star but had to do it to write my reveiw. This company are a scam, i ordered from them 16th May and still havent received it. After many emails i just get the same automated email back. I used Klarna buy now pay later, and ended up reporting to Klarna that i still havent received my item. Hopefully Klarna will get involved and freeze the payment. If i had read the reveiws on Trust Pilot first, i would never have ordered from this awful company. Totally disgusted with them, and thier costomer service is none excistent.

I never write badly about anything however this company are an absolute joke! Ordered 3 bodysuits and when they finally arrived they didn't fit. I asked to return for a refund and they refused because they sent what I ordered and there was nothing wrong with the quality of the product! I kept emailing explaining they don't fit and they offered me £3 from a £30 order for 'compensation'. Why would I want to keep clothing that doesn't fit! I'm taking this further because it's outrageous.. and to top it off when I first ordered they took more money out of my account and called it a system error! Now I'm beginning to believe they just thought I wouldn't notice!

Didn’t want to give 1 star but had no option if I wanted to leave a review. Ordered a swimsuit. Arrived within a few days but sub standard quality and having tried to email them three times now - no response. Don’t order anything from this sham of a company!!! Wish I’d seen the reviews before I got sucked in.

I ordered 4 swimsuits from this company totalling £100. Quality was poor and none of them fitted. I have been trying to return them for over two weeks now. The company have not responded to any of my emails requesting return instructions. I will be contacting the Ombudsman but be warned this company are scammers. My advice to any potential customers is to steer well clear and take your business elsewhere!

Items are not sized properly but more important customer service dreadful. Returns are a nightmare. They offered me 20% credit when I spent £100 instead of being able to return 3 items.
When I went back they eventually reluctantly sent me return address is USA but have not responded to any of my emails since.
AVOID COMPLETELY.

Avoid at all costs! Wish I checked Trust pilot before. Sizing is rubbish. Item too big. Offered me £5 as compensation when spent of £40 and they have ignored all further communication 🙃

Ordered two swimming items. Very poor quality, sizing appalling No response to e-mails. No paperwork, no returns label. AVOID THIS COMPANY, £60 spent and nothing to show for it!

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Items are poor quality, if you have any problems, you will have no hope of returning the items or of a refund. I was lucky, I involved my credit card company and they have reimbursed me. Avoid at all costs and buy from a reputable company.

Appalling customer service. They have not given me a returns address but offered me £8 for goods I purchased for £48! They have not responded to my subsequent emails. I hope people read these reviews before they buy anything - and then stay away from this company!

The customer service is appalling and by rights this company should not be allowed to advertise. The quality of the swimsuit was poor for the price. Be aware the items come from China and that is not stated. Do not buy from them

Like all the other customers on here I have experienced the same problem. They are continually ignoring my request for a returns form and trying to offer a discount which keeps increasing if I say no I want the refund.
I will be writing to the Ombudsman and to BBC 'The One Show' to see if they can help. The worst company I've ever had to deal with.

Terrible returns service.

Oh how I wish I had read Trustpilot first before ordering. Very poor quality swimwear that doesn’t fit in any of the right places. I had the same response to my request to return and for a full refund as others. Offered £5 refund initially, then £8 + a 20% off voucher, I don’t believe they would actually send the money and why would I buy anything else from this company? I wouldn’t and highly recommend that nobody ever should, don’t touch them with a barge pole! You’ll just be ripped off!

Same issues as stated by others. Luckily had full refund via paypal which I tend to use if I haven't used a company. Will definitely be checking on Trustpilot next time.

Like all the other reviews, I should have read Trustpilot first before ordering. I costume I bought was too short in the body, and the back clasp was loose. I had the same response to my request to return and for a full refund as others. Offered £4 refund initially, then £8 + a 20% off voucher - why would I buy anything else from this company? Finally gave me a return address in America, saying it would cost me more to return the item than I paid for it! Can’t be bothered to waste any more of my time with this company but please be aware of these reviews if you are considering ordering anything.

I wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering a swimsuit. I ordered it 3 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. The tracking number link says 'Failed' and that's all. I have had no reply to my email asking for a refund.

Do not use this company. Total scam. I ordered 3 dresses. They are extremely poor quality. No paperwork with the order so i tried to contact them to return the items. Their customer service is diabolical. They are refusing to send me a returns label and have had the cheek to offer me £4 in compensation. They are not based in the UK. I only wish I'd read these reviews before making my order. AVOID.AVOID.AVOID.

I would never order again from this company, ordered items in January, beginning of march still not arrived, emailed the company who told me to be patient and they would arrive, emailed again to be told that goods were in Oxford, no where near where I live, end of match emailed again to be be told goods had been delivered, I explained that they hadn't and i wanted a full refund or goods to be resent,
what a surprise no goods no refund and they will not answer my emails now.
