Really poor communication. Poor quality of swimsuit. Cannot return properly. They offer discount to keep the item. Do not use this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY😡 Recently purchased on line. No confirmation of order despite them taking my money. No replies to emails and unable to use the tracker on their site as it doesn’t work😡. I have posted comments on their Facebook page and they are swiftly removed.

avoid at all costs. they do not refund. they reply from different email accounts each time.

This company is a fraud DONOT USE THEMll l purchased 3 dresses 3 weeks ago no sign of items just stupid occasioninal updates saying they are in Dallas waiting for despatch . DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had the review prior to purchasing. The things they had me to do regarding returns my item, like measure your item and take photos and send them to us. Now I know this to be delay tactics, and now my email messages are bouncing back. On my bill it states Pay pal Xmrunnerltd not cocosummer.

Terrible company not uk if you want to return an item it has to be returned to usa cost a fortune

I agree with all the bad reviews, 3 tankinis ordered, when they arrived very poor quality, one missing a bottom. Having read the trustpilot reviews I knew I wasn’t going to pay to return them to USA. Emails I have had from them offering a small cash amount to keep items. I refused and requested a full refund. Last email to them yesterday was returned undeliverable. Don’t buy from this company

I bought 2 swimsuits from this company. Ages quite a long time they arrived unannounced without any paperwork. I decided not to keep them as they were poor fit/ quality. I have been unable to get a return address from them. They offered a £9 discount if I keep them(?). Now they are ignoring my messages. Don’t use this company as they do not provide the service they claim! I spent £68 for items I don’t want!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPNY-THEY ARE THIEVES!
No paperwork in the parcel which is an immediate red flag. The swimming costume I ordered was baggy and the clasp at the back didn’t work, so obviously I tried to return it. Numerous emails later, they are trying desperately to throw me off by offering me a bit more money each time I refuse to accept their ‘compensation’ but I haven’t given up yet. I’m hoping that they’ll get so sick of me refusing their meagre offerings, that they give in and simply send me a returns label! I’m not going to give in. Why would I want to keep a costume that I can’t wear! I have learnt my lesson-NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, and always read reviews first.

Bad! Poor quality. I emailed and finally got a reply offering me £11 back of a £69 order! I replied I wanted my
Money back.. all of it! No reply despite emailing them six times. Wish I’d read Trust Pilot reviews before ordering. Now £68 out of pocket and two rank swimsuits!

I have emailed 6 times to this company to get return details as there are none in the parcel, but with no reply in fact all my emails have been failures when I use the address on their website, I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering!

Parcel arrived without any invoice or return details. Unfortunately the items didn’t fit so I messaged the company to get return authorization as they instructed on their web site but after sending two communications I have still not heard back. They say that nothing can be returned after fifteen days so maybe they are waiting just to tell me I am
too late! Be aware and don’t use this company, I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before I bought from them.

Ordered 2 swimsuits. They arrive. They mention They cannot paynfor shipping back the items in case of a return which is a risk I was willing to make. When contacting them, they're offering only a refund of 20% and keeping the products I don't want because they don't fit. Not even the attempt of giving an address.

It is a disgrace that I have to give 1 star for this company. Dont be fooled into thinking it is a UK company because it has (co.uk) web address it is not. Their customer service is not responding to my demand for return / refund as the items I bought are far to small than they should be for the size advertised, obviously smaller body frame in Asia. I would not buy from these at all.JUST TO ADD , PLEASE TRY RESOLVER UK TO GET REFUND, ITS FREE AND IT IS WHAT I AM USING TO PUT MORE PRESSURE ON TO GET FULL REFUND, DO NOT GIVE UP, THEY NEED TO IMPROVE OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS, WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS-DO NOT USE.

This company is not registered with Companies House in the UK and is likely to be operating from outside the EU and probably shipping from Asia or China

Cocosummer - do not purchase from this company. No address or contact telephone number on website. As it's website is a .co.uk website, you assume it is based in the UK - it is not, it is a US based company. Goods ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive and when they did arrive, they were very poor quality. No returns address listed on the website and you are asked to contact them first. They took 4 days to respond and then over the course of 3 days kept offering me money to accept the goods, trying to persuade me it would be cheaper than returning the goods to the US. After 5 days of trying to get them to provide the address for a refund, I gave up trying and decided to raise a dispute with PayPal direct who were very helpful.

Ordered on 21st January, suppose to be an offer, they took more more than they should have out my bank, my items have not arrived yet, they are suppose to be uk based, yet the tracking shows United States and my items are now in the UK and traveling the oppersite way to where i live. And no answer from my email to them.

I ordered a cat blanket 6 weeks ago - the shipping information is extremely dubious & the item still hasn't arrived to the UK. Since when did it take 6 weeks to send anything from country to country? Thankfully I opted for pay later on Klarna who postponed my payment but are now wanting the money despite me not having received the goods. The only good thing I can say is that customer service responded to my email enquiry within a few hours. It remains to be seen as to whether or not this is resolved.
