High quality products should come with high quality customer service and Cole and Mason delivers on both fronts. One of my salt and pepper mills which I’ve used daily for many years stopped grinding. One email to customer services with a photo of the issue and they responded within 24hrs offering a gift card to purchase a replacement set as my set was since discontinued. No quibbles, no fuss. Just straight up building customer loyalty. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our Beech Capstan salt grinder became faulty after about 5 years. After requesting details and photos, Cole and Mason honoured their guarantee and sent us a replacement. Good to know they are a trustworthy company!!

The grinders arrived promptly and were nicely packed. It was almost a shame to discard the boxes. We have taken them into use immediately. It remains to be seen how long they last.

This salt and pepper set is great fun to use (battery-powered) and so useful for large cooking dishes. Prompt delivery too.

I debated at the time as the mills were expensive compared to cheaper brands but I had saved up and as they had a lifetime guarantee on the mechanism, I went for it, and haven't ever regretted that decision.

Although one broke this year, (after ten years) C&M replaced it super quick, (as I had the receipt) and it such great customer service, thank you.

Absolutely first class. My pepper grinder was over 20 years old. The stirrup bar at the base had broken. They sent a replacement - no quibble and no fee. Classy

They replaced a faulty pepper mill efficiently and swiftly. Excellent customer service.

There was a very quick response to a warranty query and the situation was resolved very quickly. I had excellent customer service.

I was given a King Pepper Mill a few years ago, and recently the flange at the bottom snapped, making it unusable. My wife suggested I contact Cole & Mason, so I explained the problem to them.

To my surprise, they immediately sent out a replacement part completely free of charge. This level of customer service is almost unheard of these days.

A huge thank you to the team for their prompt and generous support. It's refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its products and genuinely cares about its customers.

Beautiful product, beautifully packaged. An all round winner

Required a small damaged part for my electronic salt grinder.
Cole and Mason replaced the whole grinder, excellent service and brilliant customer relations.

I contacted Cole and mason asking for advice about my pepper mill - I had bought this over 10 years ago so I was delighted when a free repair was offered.
Service was prompt and efficient and I think the pepper mill will be good for another 10 years now.

I purchased a Woodbury salt and pepper mill set in November 2024 and the pepper mill only lasted 18 months before the plastic inside broke. To be honest, I was surprised that something made of plastic would have a 10 year guarantee but fortunately I had kept part of the packaging and the receipt.

I emailed customer services and included photos of the broken mill and receipt.

I received a reply 8 days later and 4 days after that a replacement pepper mill arrived.

I was very impressed at the level of customer service received and the speed my case was resolved after the initial response.

I contacted customer services with an issue re a Kenton Pepper mill, they were quick to respond, provided clear information and processed my replacement product quickly and efficiently. I am waiting for it to arrive and am being kept up to date. Great customer service so far 🤞

We were gifted a set of Oslo salt & pepper grinders for Christmas 2025 so had no access to a receipt or proof of purchase of any kind. Unfortunately, the pepper grinder mechanism disintegrated after approx 4 months and, unthinkingly, we disposed of it. When I tried to purchase one on its own on line I found they were only sold as a set.
I contacted Customer Services and explained the situation, along with a photo of the salt grinder for identification purposes, and asked if I could purchase a pepper grinder on its own from them.
I then received an e-mail from Phoebe saying they had packaged and shipped a replacement pepper grinder free of charge.
That is unbeatable customer service for which I am very grateful.
