Good item, arrived late.
Didn't arrive within time stated (so was late for Christmas). When I chased them, they said I gave wrong address (I didn't) but notably they didn't contact me for correct address. However, I was very happy with the product when it arrived, albeit it looked a bit smaller than I expected, but still good quality item.

Rubbish International Seller - Avoid Avoid Avoid
Rubbish, beware international seller.
Item ordered, took ages to arrive.
Eventually delivered, but poor packaging meant that item was damaged and non-functional upon receipt.
Reported to seller,.but they were unable to provide a replacement in time for the occasion required, so requested a refund.
Endless emails back and forth offering 50-80% of value only.unless unpaid £20 to return item to China.
Eventually settled on 80% refund after going through PayPal resolution center (who were eventually not helpful anyway).
This was 2 weeks ago, still no refund received, not holding my breath.
Item is in the bin.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER
UTTER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

It took a long time to arrive, once it arrived the bag was open like somebody checked to see inside the bag, once I see the blanket it was smaller than I asked and not as soft as it say it was. Doesn’t look good quality for the price . I bought another blacker from different website better quality and bigger for a cheaper price that this blanket from this website I won’t buy again.

If I could give zero stars I really would. The item I received looks nothing like the photo on the website, the item I received looks like a pre-school child has put together. The item was also broken as it wasn’t wrapped protectively.

Personalised Metal Clock
My product came bent and unfixable and clock mot working either, I expect a clock to come in perfect condition.
Packaging was a shambles cellophane and very light cardboard box , no protection around the box or fragile on the box.
Went straight & emailed the company and since 16th october for over 2weeks they keep emailing me the same reply with a few words changed, was absolutely horrendous customer service I required a full refund for my product and it's not fit for purpose and I still haven't received my full refund & emailing everyday. Absolute disgrace.

Trotz Kosten für Expresslieferung dauerte der Versand 3,5 Wochen! Die Qualität ist absolut nicht ähnlich wie im Shop angezeigt. Andere Schrift Typ, eine einfache Spahnplatte, sieht sehr billig aus. Das sollte ein Geschenk sein, was natürlich durch die späte Lieferung nicht mehr gebraucht wird. Ich hatte mir den angegeben 7 Tagen (Express) Lieferung gerechnet. Bin nun gespannt wie der Rückversand stattfindet wenn überhaupt. Auch untypisch für einen Shop ist Rückgaberecht ab Kaufdatum. Richtig wäre ab dem Tag wo das Paket zugestellt wurde. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, also so wie alle anderen Bewertungen hier

I previously wrote a review on these scammers. I just want to urge people to fight for their refund through PayPal. I finally got my money back. Open up a case against them, send all your photos and proof . These thieves will refuse you a refund even thought the product is cheaply made and faulty, however most people on these reviews said they gave up trying to get a refund.
DONT LET SCAMMERS LIKE THIS GET AWAY WITH IT. Anyone that has been refused a refund , go through PayPal and open up a case. You WILL get your money back.
