Really beautiful colour and well kempt in a box it reveals my face and the excitement of the cards

Sent the wrong size baseballs. They did try to fix it by sending the correct size, but the fit still wasn’t very good and we had to wait a long time for the replacements.

I wish I could give zero stars. I should have been more careful in researching the company prior to placing the order. The product received was not at all as advertised: not only was the actual product's style different than the advertised product, it was extremely low quality and assembly was required (a fact which was not disclosed prior to ordering). When I raised my concerns to the seller, they were argumentative and did not offer a remedy. I have escalated my complaint with both PayPal and my credit card company.

TERRIBLE company!
After waiting for 3 weeks for my order it has turned up looking nothing like what was shown online. I had asked them to change it or to give me a refund but they will only offer $3 compensation for a £50 item! Absolute scam

If I could give no stars I would...this is a scam...DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They will send a defective poor quality product & when you want to return they will offer you $5...SCAM FROM CHINA...DON'T DO IT!!!

Is a huge SCAM. You order something what is looking good quality and is arriving very late (is not true 5-7 days delivery) very poor quality and they lie that this is normal and the production of the product is alright. They are lieing and the policy of return is anather lie. Please do not buy from them.

Terrible Quality( if that word actually applies)

Light I assume is attached by a small strip of Velcro
Light does not work, and on off switch broken!
Cheap looking Plastic for sign , that looks nothing like advertised.
And packaging all crushed!
Reading otherreviews, I can’t be bothered to even trying to get my money back !!

If I could give this website zero stars I would. All images used are not the final product show so when you receive your order it's nothing like in the image on the website. I have been going back and fourth with issues and all I've been told is that there is nothing wrong with the item and there is nothing they can do to which they offered £3 compensation for a £60 order. I asked for a full refund and to send the item back but was constantly told there was nothing wrong with the item. The item I received was completely wonky, the text was straight on one side and all over the place on the other. The image was so poorly done you could barely tell what it was suppose to be. The whole sign was covered in glue and overall it looked cheap and tacky and nothing like the one shown on the website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scam artists with no care for their customers.

One star as 0 is not possible. Poor quality product. I asked them to change shipping address but they didn't. Sent to wrong place. Comms with the get answered promptly but not helpful in any way. Gmail email and bad reviews should have been a warning sign.

This was a huge misrepresentation of a mirror LED lamp. It took three weeks to arrive with no emailed updates of progress. The sign was extremely small and looked like it was created for a dollhouse. The light does not work unless it is connected to a USB.

I actually had to edit my review I ordered the mirror light it wasn't the size they advertised! Also for the people who said it came scratched it's a film covering peel it's actually great work I absolutely apologize to colorful swan for my first review

I ordered a mirror led light. When it arrived it is not a mirror it is plastic which is covered in scratches! They strip with the lights on was placed on wonky too!
It was not cheap either. I have emailed for a refund. Would not recommend at all

Leider muss ich einen Stern vergeben. Absolute sch... Lieferung kommt nicht pünktlich an und ist auch nicht wirklich schön.
Auf Nachfrage bezüglich Rabatt würden mir 5 Euro geboten, dafür das der Artikel über 2 Wochen zu spät ankam. Bestellt besser wo anders

From their advert of the rose personalised clock hanging on a wall above a unit, I ordered this item for my daughter. Let's just say their photo must have been taken in a dolls house! The actual clock is quite small and the quality of the photos is awful, like photocopies printed straight onto the wood. Customer service are not interested, reckon there's nothing wrong with it! They look like they have some nice items, but BEWARE, I would never buy from them again and wish I'd checked the reviews first

Don't buy the custom night lamp, as the picture quality is shocking. Plain wood, but the picture shows you black. I payed £19 for delivery and £32 for the product and a school child can make better on a class project.

I received my pet memorial and it's beautiful. Very prompt in posting it to me ..love it very happy

Wenn ich könnte würde ich weniger als einen Stern geben.
Ich habe was für Weihnachten bestellt und extra noch Expressversand bezahlt, doch die Ware kam nie an.
Bei jeder Email wo ich meinte ich verlange mindestens das Geld für den Expressversand zurück kamen nur dumme Antworten wie "ist auch die Adresse richtig?" "fragen sie ihr örtliches Postamt" und und und.. Auf jeden Fall habe ich jetzt fast 80CHF bezahlt und weder iwie Geld erstattet bekommen noch die Ware.
Kommt mir bisschen vor wie wenn da Betrüger am Werk sind.

Send email an only reply was " your order is in your country.." asked for a tracking number that works refused to give the information.
