I have used your rubber flooring on various projects and have been happy with your product and service. Unfortunately when I ordered some Comporta rubber flooring to repair an area on a floor which had been damaged, you failed to tell me that you had changed the finish. I accept that there can be a slight difference in colour between different rolls, but I should have been informed that the finish of the product would also be different as it looks awful against the existing floor.

I've used this company a few times now. I couldn't decide from the samples, bought a pack of Corka planks to see better. Liked them! Oh no - then waited 9 months before buying the rest. Did they still fit together? Perfectly. That is a quality flooring plank. Service was great and fast and would order again.

Straightforward ordering process, quick, efficient delivery. Product not yet installed, so can’t yet comment on it, but colour is true to sample and looking forward to seeing it in place.

They sent us a few samples and they arrived very quickly. The qualities seems to be very good. We will most likely order from them as long as they are flexible with the small spaces that we have in our house!! 😊

Samples arrived promptly and they answered my questions about the product.

whilst they arrived in great timing, I paid for 6 samples but only 5 came - I feel they should have sent another similar even if one was out of stock given that they were paid for. The samples are so tiny its hard to get a picture of what it would look like in a large space.

I have been looking at cork for our bathroom re-fit for a while. This website is easy to use. It made calculating exactly what we needed straightforward. I was happy with the cost. Delivery was quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend.

On the plus side product is fine, as described and easy to order online. But confirmation email says delivery company would be in contact but never heard anything from them, it was left on my doorstep one day in full view and could easily have been stolen I don’t even know who they were.

We had to add to our original order.we emailed Sunday and order confirmed and and we were able to collect first thing Monday morning.very professional.Big thanks to Kelly who went above and beyond and to Gemma.
