I had a small issue with one of the post filters. I sent a message by Facebook and within an hour not only had a received a reply but a new realease had been published. Ive never seen such a fast response to a bug report.

I bought monthly subscription from November 27, 2023 of commentpicker from patreon.com
I was charged next month on 26 December 2023 even I requested to stop subscription.
They canceled subscription on 26 December 2023 and charged me one month more.
I requested a refund and they refused to give it.
Poor service, poor staff, I don' t recommend.

1. The option to unsubscribe is hard to find
2. They charged me even though the subscription was canceled
3. The billing cycle is not visible and don t know how they calculate when they renew subscription
4. Cancelation of subscription was done on 26 December 2023 so before 27
5. they do not respect customer rights and commercial laws
6. Also it worth mentioned the bugs of the application in selecting comments from facebook

As per our clearly stated policy, which all subscribers agree to upon joining, cancellations must be processed before the billing cycle renews. In your case, the cancellation request was made after this deadline had passed. This policy aligns with Patreon's guidelines and is a standard practice in subscription services.
We emphasize the importance of our users being aware of and understanding these terms to prevent any such inconveniences. Unfortunately, once the billing cycle is complete, we are unable to issue a refund.

Antivirus says it's a phishing site
I used to love and use this app with no problem. But today, I got a message from my antivirus saying the connection was blocked because it's a phishing page. I even double-checked the URL and it was the original site.
