Cuando contrate el servicio pague 15$ y claramente decia que se renueva cada mes, hasta ahora me a sido util (es verdad no hay opción de cancelar en su website) pero contacte a soporte y en 24 respondieron y ubicaron mi cuenta con mi correo (puedo cancelar cuando desee) pero por ahora sigue siendo util. (Lean muy bien antes de activar el servicio)

So they have successfully replied to the lat trustpilot review but not the emails sent days before that. Yes this is a subscription trap. No option anywhere to cancel. Emails go unanswered. Instead of sending a novel of a reply to a bad review just cancel the subscription guys and find a better way to make a living

Great user experience and incredibly helpful team

I've been using WASK for a while now and I’m a big fan of the overall concept. It really helps centralize and streamline the process of managing digital ads, making everything much more organized than jumping between different dashboards.

The absolute highlight of the experience has been the customer support team. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely go out of their way to help you navigate the platform. While the pricing is a bit high for my specific budget right now, the service and the user interface are top-notch. If you value having a strong support team behind your marketing tools, WASK is definitely worth a look.

i've also signed up for one time and just found out i've been paying for 5 months. and there's no way to cancel my account or subscription on the log in page.
Wask please do better than scamming people like this, there are better way to do business ...

Super stars with support

Only used this for 1 giveaway which it worked great but I have no need for a full subscription.
Wanted to cancel and couldnt figure it out but after 1 email the team was super helpful and super supportive and had me sorted within 24 hours.

great customer support

the website is basic when it comes to customer service and account mgmt. but good thing is they do respond very quickly via email. their gift chooser app is 2nd to none and we have just renewed another year. just put a reminder in your calendar if you are only using for a month as it will auto renew. overall very good product just need more investment in self-service account management.

Page states that it's easy to cancel subscription, but its not true. It's IMPOSSIBLE!! Not even able to manage, upgrade, downgrade....NOTHING!!

Seamless Giveaway Management with Outstanding Support

I am the next victim of this app

I am the next victim of this app. After reviewing all my bank withdrawals, I discovered serious issues. Not only is there no clear unsubscribe option, but I was also charged multiple times without being properly informed. I was never clearly notified about the subscription plan, the billing terms, or when charges would be applied. I did not receive any confirmation email, invoice, or clear explanation for these withdrawals. This situation is unacceptable and misleading. I would like to know if anyone has found a solution to this issue.
