I was very satisfied with my experience with this company. They were quick and prompt to help me after my initial enquiry, and despite the fact that I decided to go another way with my laptop, I owe a lot to their help with it all.

Super efficient. Gareth was on time as promised and soon identfied my problem. I need my laptop for work--as a writer with deadlines--so his help was much appreciated. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to friends and people in the same line of work as myself.

I first met Jay about three years ago when the laptop I had used for many years suddenly stopped working. Jay found a new one and, most importantly, managed to retrieve all the content from the broken one. After that he has come once a year to service my laptop and has always been available when any problems have arisen.

Recently, my email address was used to try and scam money from many of my family and friends. No money was taken because Jay worked really hard with me for over a month to sort it, always keeping me informed about each step. It is now sorted and I am very grateful for all Jay did during what was a very scary and upsetting time. And, considering all the time and effort it took, the amount he charged was very reasonable. Thank you Jay!

Make the customer aware of home visit/call out charges before offering the service to avoid misunderstanding and subsequent irritation.

Fixed the PC, but does not care for customer only does the bare minimum didn't even put the wires back neatly in my pc or mention that the GPU port was failing to hold the GPU in place (very noticeable) also extortionate pricing.

Had a bit of a panic on with important data for work not backed up and laptop refusing to fire up. Called up CRM ridiculously early and David did a call out almost immediately - located the issue in a couple of minutes and had me up and running in no time. Superb professional service

Excellent service from Gethyn and a fast solution to my unusual iPad problem . A speedy repair with personal help in re-configuring the machine which was up and running quickly and has been faultless ever since.

Excellent service from Tom the computer repair man after my old laptop died. My data was retrieved, an excellent refurbished laptop supplied and (bar a few minor issues arising from cloning to a different laptop model that still need attention) I'm up and running again. Highly recommended..

Tom was amazing, he was knowledgeable about the issues, clearly explained my options and would have got me functioning the same day if he couldn’t fix it, which he did anyway, can’t recommend enough!
