I discovered Gethyn of CefniTech through Computer Repair Man and that proved to be a gateway to a very successful contact. The route into CefniTech was simple and included a description of what I needed doing and the level of urgency I wanted to be attached to the work. The responses were very professional and prompt and this followed into the repair process and after. Attendance on site was at precisely the arranged time, the repair work was timed accurately to ensure precise billing and the subsequent (paperless) delivery of the receipted invoice and job sheet were also timely. I couldn't fault the process at all.

Quick effective and efficient response to our range of IT problems in our new home. Gethyn was a star, helpful, professional and polite. Highly recommended.

Had an printer problem, couldnt connect, some online fakers tried to take over my computer and said had lots of trojans. Gareth from compute repair man was able to get rid of the stuff the had done and succesfully installed the printer for me. Cheers!

Gareth replied to my initial enquiry quickly and arrived for our appointment on time exactly as agreed. He was able to set up my new Chromebook quickly and explained everything I needed to know. As a lady in her eighties I found this reassuring and easy to understand.

What a find!
My experience of repair with Darren was excellent; from my initial enquiry through to completion of repair his service has been exceptional. I first made contact to explain that a hinge had come free from the casing preventing the laptop from closing. Darren was already familiar with this as a 'known issue' with this model so was able to advise on the repair process and which parts were likely needed. He sourced the replacement parts quickly and collected the laptop, repaired it and returned it within a few hours keeping me informed at each stage of the process. He was able to advise of a couple of issues he saw which may need repair in time and reassured me that he can repair them as required in the future.
A wonderful friendly and professional service; I have already recommended Darren to local family members and will absolutely use him again myself. Thank you very much.

Prompt reply to my initial enquiry, Gethyn came and explained in straightforward terms why my set-up needs updating or upgrading. The quotes I've been given appear to be a reasonable price (having consulted friends who are more knowledgeable about these things than I am).
No pressure to make an immediate decision so I have confidence that when I decide which route I will take Gethyn will be able to provide the system that I need.

I used Computer Repair Man to find someone to fix my broken laptop. Very lucky to find Gethyn. He collected the same day I contacted him, left me a replacement laptop while taking it away to repair. He returned my machine the following day,not only fixed but working better than ever. Highly recomment

Gethyn responded promptly and came to look at my computer. He took it away to mend the broken hinge. Unfortunately, the hinge broke again and I actually needed a new (reconditioned) laptop. Again, he was very prompt and transferred all my files etc to the new laptop. It has been great so far.

I went to Gethyn for a repair on my computer, he was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful and solved my problem. He picked up and dropped off which was very convenient. Would use again and highly recommend.

Locked out of chromebook. Gareth to the rescue, recovered me email account and got me back in. Was worried i couldnt get my tesco order!

Very quick initial contact and came quickly. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well, repair on site proved difficult so had to take away for the fix, came back within 24 hours with machine working well. Installed machine and all the additional programming that was needed and waited until I was familiar with everything and happy, also offered telephone help for any problems.
Price very reasonable too.
Extremely impressed with both value and performance, thoroughly recommend him for computer repairs.
