Concord Commission Advance Reviews

Totally impressed with the service and rates from Concord. Very easy process for the advance right down to how easy it was for the escrow company at closing. GREAT PEOPLE!

I will 100% use Concord Commission advance again if needed in the future. Their rates are unbeatable. No closing is ever guaranteed to close on time. Jake and Lynn were extremely easy to work with. I enjoyed the overall process and highly recommend using Concord!

Jake and Concord have been been amazing to work with!! I have been using them for close to 3 years now they are very understanding, organized , and extremely efficient. I assumed that they would be hesitant to grant advances during the pandemic, yet they still did at a time where i really needed an advance even when my deal fell apart they were still very patient with me. I will forever be grateful to the entire Concord team.

I absolutely love Concord Advance. The staff is amazing and Jake with Concord is always available to me. The service is great, the rates blow the other advance companies out of the water. I highly recommend choosing Concord to be there for you, when your commission is a ways off, but you need money now! This is the best solution.

Quick & Easy...Just what I was looking for..I have used other companies in the past. I will never use anyone else again..

Jake and his team were a pleasure to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend this company over many others that I have dealt with in the past.

I have been a client of Concord for some time now. The customer service and communications with the clients and other parties (Title, Broker) is outstanding. The process is very simple, quick and easy. I love to do business with Concord.

Hey, I just don’t have enough space to say how great Jake and Lynn handles my business.

It’s the first time in 30 years I had to use an advance company. During these difficult and unprecedented times Concord was there for me.

I shopped around and there was no competition that could meet their service and price.

From start to finish very simple and seamless!

Fantastic service! Nothing but good things to say about Jake and Lynn, Money comes fast, low fees and honest as they come. It's the only service I would use. Its 5 star spectacular!

Jake with Concord Advance has helped me with a commission advance on many occasions. Although it is not a fun situation to be in to need an advance, Jake makes it SO EASY and painless. He is great at communicating and makes it simple to understand exactly what he needs and the best part is how quick and efficient he is. I can get my money quick when I'm in a pinch and he is fantastic to work with!
