I have worked for larger companies and the systems they have in place do not work nearly as well as this. I started working for a small business a month ago and we use this app. I was amazed at how great and easy it is to use. Schedules are easy to see and change when needed, when I need the team to know something its super easy to get the message out quickly.

I really like the chat feature, it's made a difference in time spent communicating, so we're not using our phones if we don't want to.

Connecteam is a great service that allows for doing payroll 10x easier! The time clock feature is elite.

Very simple to use, very easy to train staff on usage. It's great just having an app on the phone so it is easy for staff to clock in and out

Great value, free for under 10 employees.
I think it's the only Hospitality tech that has said what it does and does it.
It has chat features that work, rotas that are easy to understand and holiday tracking, all as part of the package.

Great app, easy to use. Perfect for organising staff and scheduling work shifts and keeping track of hours. Allows staff to confirm shifts and claim extra shifts. Also enables team communication.

So far so great! Many features that we use everyday to stay on track with the business. This is a very good product offering and extremely helpful in managing and communicating effectively with my team. I'm glad we found Connecteam when we did.

For small companies it is a game changer. Being able to manage staff and jobs quickly and able to track people and projects is invaluable.

Connecteam employees are tremendously knowledgeable and helpful, and the platform is intuitive and user friendly.

My experience with the Connect Team system has been great! I love how easy it is to use and how everything is conveniently all in one place. It’s very user-friendly and helpful. The training videos also make it simple to navigate and feel confident using the system.

A little complicated to navigate. I have many very part-time employees (1-2 days a month, some only work seasonally) Because I am not on the top tier plan I can not make employees inactive, I have to delete them. Also not all reports are available to me on the plan i am on. I keep getting messages to upgrade my plan. Probably be looking for another solution.
