The system is very easy to set up and onboard the employees.

There are a lot of functions and customizations that will fit pretty much every type of business.

The only update I would suggest is to make it more user friendly. It can be hard to find the tasks I need, such as i needed to delete an employee from the training, and I ended up deleting the course instead. It can be hard to find specific parts you need. You tend to have to poke around to find it. More clarity in the routes to get to the end result would be great. I do like that i can create the training's, and apply them to whom ever i need to in the company.

As an administrator, it seems I should be able to modify my timesheet without requiring my own approval via website.

Phone app bells and whistles are not necessary

The system is easy to use, and employees can clock in and out without any confusion. It helps keep track of hours accurately and makes payroll preparation much easier.

The interface could be a little more simplistic, but it works well and does what it’s supposed to do. Overall, it’s a reliable time tracking solution that I would recommend to businesses that want a simple and effective way to manage employee time.

One of my favourite aspects is the timezone features.
The only part I dislike is the inability to view notes without clicking into a shift. I would prefer there to be a way to hover over.

Great app that allows us to track multiple sites and who has signed in. Very good 'to do' list that helps staff know what is expected, as well as assign specific people to a task.

The support from the team is unquestionable. They really are very helpful.
The system itself is great too, the functions available to suit the business are on point. We are an ever growing company, and to be able to communicate so easily is fantastic.

Its free. Its pretty easy to use. But it isn't as detailed as necessary. But I like the colours and the convenience of it. Trying to find the setting for notifications is quite hard. I want to stop receiving email notifications and even though I have turned it off in the settings, I still keep receiving email notifications of employees clock ins.

Good program, a little hard to figure out at first.
