I'm still fairly new to Connecteam, but from what I've seen so far, using it on a computer works well. It’s a bit complicated at first, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.

On the phone, however, it’s much harder to use. As far as I can tell, seeing the open shifts isn’t very straightforward. I have to go through the notifications list, which makes it difficult to keep track of them.

I was struggling to read the stamp clock times and it was taking me forever to do payroll. With this it has made things so much better including away to keep up with time off as well!!!!

I like the company interaction and project tracking. I also like how the app is very user friendly, and that AI chat help is readily available.

ConnectTeam has been a dream! We outgrew managing our team via text message and Google Calendar, and after trying out like idk 10 other programs? we settled on ConnectTeam, and we love them. Straightforward pricing. Clear formatting. Great systems. We're several months in and never looking back.

Connecteam is a great platform for managing Field Marketing employees in a visible, intuitive & structured way!

I have found the ConnectTeam staff to be quite helpful. The user interface is decent...there are areas for improvement...but, overall it has been a great way to help us launch our new company. We are small and just getting started, so this has been a huge time saver for us as we can focus on other tasks.

Best employee app on the market. I use this app to schedule delivery jobs for my drivers but with so many customizable features I have been able to run vital business processes directly through connectteam! Amazing!

Connecteam is exactly what we were looking for to communicate to our employees! We have a staff of about 130 people, some in field some in office. We were always struggling to find a way to communicate important messages and simple kudos to our staff. This app does exactly that and it is super simple for everyone to use. We definitely recommend Connecteam!

Connecteam is a great tool to help small business owners manager their teams. It's a good communication tool and solves how to keep your whole team informed of rotas, documents, policy changes, time off, rewards. You can even create quizzes and courses for your team to complete using the app. I use this on a daily basis and has helped me keep timesheets for my staff clocking in and out.

We are a very small business and trying to manage all our HR function and scheduling is a real task. However we have been so pleased with how Connecteam has solved this for us. Easy to setup and use we can complete schedules and communicate this to staff via the app. Staff can request time off and we can create policy documents for them to digitally sign too. Its an absolute gem of an app for my shop and team.

Una aplicación que era casi perfecta desde que empezamos con ella en 2024, ha pasado a ser un quebradero de cabeza para los que nos encargamos de la gestión de equipos desde hace unos días.

Ease of use to keep track of time on location

The system is very easy to set up and onboard the employees.

There are a lot of functions and customizations that will fit pretty much every type of business.

The only update I would suggest is to make it more user friendly. It can be hard to find the tasks I need, such as i needed to delete an employee from the training, and I ended up deleting the course instead. It can be hard to find specific parts you need. You tend to have to poke around to find it. More clarity in the routes to get to the end result would be great. I do like that i can create the training's, and apply them to whom ever i need to in the company.

As an administrator, it seems I should be able to modify my timesheet without requiring my own approval via website.

Phone app bells and whistles are not necessary
