This app simplifies the workplace! Easy to clock in/out and great tool for scheduling. My favorite feature is the ability to edit shifts in case you forget to clock out etc

My team and I are very happy with our experience with connecteams. We were looking for a compact app that allowed us to keep track of as much as possible in one place. We were looking for organization, conditions, and user friendly material and that is exactly what we got!
The multifunctional and so many ways to organize based on preference has made working with Connecteams so fun! It offers the opportunity to customize at will and adjust with ease. My team and I have greatly enjoyed the functions and are learning more every day.

Connecteam has been generally great for us. Sometimes, it logs folks out when it shouldn't and sometimes, it can be finicky. Mostly, though, it has been a great addition to our workflow!

The UI is a little rough around the edges. Nowadays, I think the simpler, the better. There should not be multiple ways to do the same thing. There are also way too many notifications.

ConnectTeam has been a breath of fresh air in the world of complicated apps. It’s easy to use, well thought out and has made managing our staff a breeze. Would recommend it!

They have good customer service, they constantly improve their UX, and the platform is pretty easy to use.

Slightly overwhelming at first but once you get your head around all of the features its great.

I’m enjoying the ability to chat with various groups of team members a lot! Someone set up a comic relief chat, and its to be a fun team builder!
There is redundancy I don’t quite have figured out with the scheduling check ins and time clock check ins. Why do we need to do both? I hope to be able to get some best practice questions answered soon. Knowledge base has been helpful already for quickly being able to reference and share policies.

I’ve used Connecteam for scheduling, time tracking, and team communication. I’m comfortable navigating the platform, supporting staff, and using its tools to improve organization and efficiency.

Straightforward, easy to use. We are a small business and able to utilize the free version, there is so much included with that - it is wonderful. Most "free" versions even for small businesses are very limited. Connecteam offers a lot of value for price.
