From my first phone call to start the process of moving our personal effects from NZ to our place in Elbow Valley Warwick we had nothing but professional and efficient service in every area I had to deal with.
It was a total mystery to me how to get our gear moved and right from talking with the various consultants via email and getting help in filling and submitting the Customs Form and Quarantine requirements it made it so much easier and less stressful.
We were kept informed of the movements of the gear at all times and were made to feel like a valued customer.
The delivery by Isaac and Hubert last week was very professional and they took care with the packages.
Top marks to everyone I had interactions with and would recommend Conroy Removals to anyone.

After a miserable experience with a UK Shipping agency whom I understand they are partnered with, Conroy showed consideration and compassion. They were easy to communicate with and prompt to address to my queries. I was kept informed at all stages and staff were delightful.

Right from my initial contact with Conroys to the actual pack and move everything went smoothly, the guys were professional, affable, innovative and just fantastic to deal with. The guys mostly asked lots of questions about what was to go where.

If I had one request, it would be to not put my sewing machine trolley which clearly had wheels, in a box, but I maybe should have been more clear about that,; and also that boxes not just be labelled ‘kitchen’, but state a general contents, e.g. crockery, glassware, pantry etc so we could find stuff easily without it being a lottery. In the big scheme of things however, this was a first world problem as the guys did a fantastic job otherwise.

Sydney to EU.
We got fed a lot of lies by their salesman (on their heavier side) when signing up.
Timeline all wrong and terrible experience overall.

Sydney to UK. Packers left a whole drawer of belongings unpacked. Had to go out on a separate shipment - still waiting after 6 months! Hasn’t even left Sydney!
Did not disconnect car battery (schoolboy error) so vehicle dead on arrival. Should at least have been put in to ‘tow’ mode.
Are claiming for replacement battery.
Very poor customer service from Davide & Vela.
