The contacts that I ordered were on back order. I understand that that can happen from time to time, my issue is that no one notified me at all. I had to email in and ask why they hadn’t shipped.
Also, the chat feature on your website is super frustrating. Every time I went to respond to the automated chat person, it closed the chat box. Super glitchy and super frustrating.
I’m not ordering from this site again.

Great prices but terrible communication
Great prices for specialty contacts but this company has terrible communication.
My contacts were on back order and the company did not tell me. I only found out after a week plus of placing an order, wondering if I got scammed, when I hadn't received any confirmation of payment or shipping dates - I had to reach out to customer service and only then did they tell me I might have to wait 2 months!!!
Why didn't my order say anything initially??? I was offered a full refund or a 20% discount for keeping the order as is, so I kept the order. Luckily my package arrived far earlier than anticipated, but again, with no heads up that I was to expect it.

Sometimes they tear easily
Easy to order, fast service and decent prices. However, in the past I have had contacts that tore after just a few days, twice requiring a Dr visit to remove the broken pieces from up inside my eye.
