Alcon manufacturer rebate not eligible
I tried to apply for the manufacturer’s rebate that is listed on the website for Alcon. After going through nearly the whole rebate process, I was informed by Alcon customer support that online retailers are not eligible for rebates - it is only direct through a physical
Office. So the fact that the website advertises that you can get a rebate from them is actually not true and it was very disappointing.

Charged for "free shipping"
When I was checking out, priority shipping showed as free due to the promo code I used. However, they still charged me 14.99 for shipping. I sent an email to customer service asking for a refund of the shipping cost, and nobody has answered me 8 days later.
