I didn't find the process user…
I didn't find the process user friendly. Then when I tried to get help quickly, because I need my contacts to see, there was no way to talk to real person. It was harder for me to chat the details. They referred me to the phone number to call to speak to a person...which doesn't work, so why would your rep tell me to call. (and waste more time waiting on the phone) I received my return label, but haven't received notification that my new contacts are on their way. Very frustrating.

You had my brand and size of lenses, and provided quick turnaround. I ordered from Costco first, and they didn’t even ship until well after I received your shipment. I’ll never try Costco again.

Like everyone else, maybe cheaper.
Company’s lie, contacts direct is no different. You printed a label and your supplier waited 3 days to ship. Sure you warned me, but that’s still bad business.

Give people all the facts!
I am always being told the company will buy back unused contacts. Over and over i was told. I never had to do it till this year and when I finally wanted to do it because I had an unused box i was told i couldn’t because it was older than 6 months. Seriously! Why does the company never mention that over and over!

Chat rep was fantastic. After trying several websites to use insurance benefit to buy contacts, she told me exactly what I needed to enter to have it accepted on contactsdirect.com ... a quirk with my insurance. Plus I was also able to use a promo code combined with insurance. Also, convenient to be able to pick up at a Lenscrafters.
